Ho preso un appuntamento con una settimana d'anticipo, e abbiamo concordato che mia sorella, avrebbe lasciato la sua punto tutta la mattinata ( dalle 8 alle 12 ); questo per sostituire una autoradio, controllare le casse audio (qualcuna friggeva) e le frecce della macchina che sbarellavano; lavoro di elettrauto. Alle 12 la macchina non era stata guardata: hanno richiesto altre 4 ore; alle 16 hanno risposto se poteva tardare altre due ore perchè non erano pronti. Alle 18 gli hanno consegnato la macchina avendo sistemato solo frecce e radio ( che per altro andava sfilata la vecchia e inserita la nuova ... poco dipiù); le casse ancora friggono e la cifra richiesta è esagerata. Cercavo un elettrauto, mi sono fidato dell'unico feddback positivo che c'era e sono rimasto fregato. Bad service, approximate and very expensive. I was looking for an electrician, I trusted the only positive feddback that was there and I was screwed.

m	michela petruzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rilascio un feedback super negativo perché non solo non è stato risolto il problema della mia macchina a cui si era accesa la spia del servosterzo impedendo il funzionamento dello stesso, ma mi era stato detto che bisognava comprare il pezzo nuovo del servosterzo per sistemare la vettura! Durante tutto il lockdown ho tenuto la macchina ferma, una settimana fa l’ho portata da un altro meccanico che l’ha riparata senza cambiare alcun pezzo! Due sono le cose: o non è un bravo meccanico e nemmeno il personale oppure voleva guadagnarci di più, in entrambi i casi non si è comportato bene! I issue a super negative feedback because not only has the problem with my car not been resolved where the power steering light had turned on preventing it from working, but I was told that I had to buy the new part of the power steering to fix the car! Throughout the lockdown I kept the car stationary, a week ago I took it to another mechanic who repaired it without changing any parts! There are two things: either he is not a good mechanic and neither are the staff or he wanted to earn more, in both cases he did not perform well!

G	Gianfranco Boni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro per un problema di elettronica e mi sono fidato delle parole del titolare, Mauro, che mi assicurava che il problema, lui, me lo avrebbe risolto. I tempi di attesa, di 15 giorni, non mi hanno scoraggiato, così come le maniere scorbutiche del Sig. Mauro, che mi facevano pensare al classico artigiano con i calli nelle mani (e nel cervello) bravo con le auto, ma zotico con le persone. Ho ritirato l’auto e ho pagato lautamente il lavoro senza fiatare, come se fosse svolto da un’officina blasonata, ma di blasonato alla 3MW ci sono solo i poster con le donnine appese ai muri. La classica frase: se c’è qualcosa siamo qua, è stata pronunciata dal Sig. Mauro con ostentata sicurezza. Peccato veramente che quando 15 giorni dopo, al ripresentarsi del problema, sono tornato da loro l’esperto Mauro abbia negato la relazione tra l’intervento e il ricomparso problema, mentre le spie accese sul cruscotto testimoniavano il contrario e gridavano vendetta. Nessuna cortesia, comunicazione col cliente inesistente, competenza su problemi elettronici al di fuori della routine scarsa, prezzo non adeguato. L’unica logica di costo è: abbiamo occupato il ponte e quindi dobbiamo essere pagati. Che il problema non sia stato risolto non interessa al Sig. Mauro, come pure la reputazione difronte al cliente al quale non ha alcun dubbio a negare qualsiasi garanzia sul lavoro.
