β β β β β Proposto riparazione a 300 passa euro o addirittura consigliato la sostituzione della caldaia, nonostante avessi spiegstonil guasto nel particolare. Con 3 euro di membrana me la sono riparata da solo, lasciato senza acqua santitaria per giorni.
Ora la caldaia Γ¨ come nuova.
Proposed repair at 300 euros passes or even recommended the replacement of the boiler, despite having explained the fault in particular. With 3 euros of membrane I repaired it myself, left without sanitary water for days.
Now the boiler is like new.

β β β β β Δ venuto il tecnico per una perdita di acqua dalla caldaia, mi ha sostituito un rubinetto per 78β¬ e mi detto che o era quello o si doveva sostituire la caldaia. Dopo qualche ora ha iniziato a perdere di nuovo e io ci ho rimesso solo i soldi. Se il tecnico sapeva il problema mi avrebbe fatto pagare solo la chiamata e non una riparazione inutile.
The technician came for a water leak from the boiler, he replaced me with a tap for β¬ 78 and told me that it was either that or the boiler had to be replaced. After a few hours he started to lose again and I only lost the money. If the technician knew the problem he would have made me pay only for the call and not a useless repair.

β β β β β Da anni uso Immergas (possiedo 4 piccoli immobili dove ho queste caldaie) e da anni mi affido a questa ditta per le manutenzioni. Purtroppo, come non di rado accade con artigiani e commercianti, tutto funziona bene fino a quando non c'Γ¨ il guaio e qualcuno deve assumersi delle responsabilitΓ . Allora ci sono mille motivazioni per schivare, intanto a pagare Γ¨ il cliente. Mala tempora currunt!
I have been using Immergas for years (I own 4 small properties where I have these boilers) and I have been relying on this company for maintenance for years. Unfortunately, as not infrequently happens with artisans and traders, everything works fine as long as there is no trouble and someone has to take responsibility. So there are a thousand reasons to dodge, while the customer pays. Mala tempora currunt!
