G	Giulia Baravelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo lasciare una pessima recensione a causa della maleducazione della operatrice con cui ho parlato al telefono la quale dopo aver chiesto se potevo recuperare le lezioni perse a causa chiusura Covid (quindi non per mia volontaria assenza) la risposta è stata che si potevano recuperare da maggio ad agosto (quando in realtà venivano sconsigliate le attività al chiuso e promosse quelle all’aperto giustamente, o addirittura alcune attività erano ancora chiuse) ed ora che siamo a settembre gli abbonamenti sono scaduti automaticamente, sollecito la signorina chiedendo perché non si può fare come tutte le palestre che vista la situazione hanno dato giustamente la possibilità di recuperare ora che si è vaccinati e la situazione è più tranquilla e la risposta è stata “vada in un’altra palestra” ? io scioccata… veramente delusa! Prima di fare corsi di pilates bisognerebbe fare corsi di buona educazione e marketing! Unfortunately I have to leave a very bad review due to the rudeness of the operator with whom I spoke on the phone who after asking if I could recover the lessons lost due to Covid closure (therefore not for my voluntary absence) the answer was that they could be recovered from May to August (when in reality indoor activities were not recommended and outdoor ones were rightly promoted, or even some activities were still closed) and now that we are in September the subscriptions have expired automatically, I prompt the young lady asking why it cannot be done like all gyms that given the situation have rightly given the opportunity to recover now that you are vaccinated and the situation is calmer and the answer was "go to another gym" ? I am shocked ... really disappointed! Before taking pilates courses, you should take good education and marketing courses!
