Se avete intenzione di spedire con loro con modalità non tracciabile perderete il pacco/busta. Lasciano anche pacchi (con obbligo di firma) incustoditi nei giardini; l'ultimo l'ho perso proprio perchè loro hanno detto di averlo consegnato (a non so chi), ma probabilmente qualcuno ha allungato la mano e lo ha preso dalla mia proprietà. Il corriere peggiore. Non so perchè abbiano ancora la licenza per operare sul suolo italiano. Half the time I've dealt with Nexive there was a problem. If you intend to ship with them in an untraceable manner, you will lose the package / envelope. They also leave parcels (with signature obligation) unattended in the gardens; I lost the last one because they said they handed it over (to I don't know who), but probably someone reached out and took it from my property. The worst courier. I don't know why they still have the license to operate on Italian soil.

Aspettavo un pacco,x me importante.ero a casa...e all'improvviso la mail dove mi scrivono che non ero a casa, quindi non è stato possibile effettuare la consegna...poi le festività in mezzo e quindi il regalo è arrivato in ritardo,io ho dovuto fare un'altro acquisto nell'attesa della consegna. Sul primo passaggio, forse non ero in casa, ma sul secondo, ero sicuramente in casa e non ho visto alcun corriere. Qualcosa non funziona. Zona Rimini e zona Cesena (recensioni 1,6 e 1,5 su cinque!!!!) Spero di non servirmi più dei vostri disservizi. I was waiting for a package. Dal tracking, aggiornato con ritardo, abbiamo scoperto che il corriere è 'passato' (???????) il giorno 16.3.21 alle 7.25, ma ha trovato "cassetta postale non accessibile" (??????????????). Ovviamente abbiamo una cassetta postale ENORME e ben visibile, posizionata accanto al CAMPANELLO con nome e cognome di ciascun membro della nostra famiglia, che il corriere avrebbe dovuto suonare (cosa che ovviamente non ha fatto!!!!!). Abbiamo chiamato il Servizio Clienti il giorno successivo (17.3.21 h.9), che si è scusato e ci ha detto che ormai non poteva fare niente in quanto la raccomandata era stata già rispedita al mittente. Servizio davvero PESSIMO e SCANDALOSO! Savignano sul Rubicone: we were waiting for an important registered letter, so we stayed at home for days given the delivery notice. From the tracking, updated with delay, we discovered that the courier 'passed' (???????) on 16.3.21 at 7.25, but found "mailbox not accessible" (??????? ???????). Obviously we have a HUGE and clearly visible mailbox, positioned next to the BELL with the name and surname of each member of our family, which the courier should have ringed (which of course he didn't !!!!!). In realtà, nonostante sul pacco ci fosse l'indirizzo corretto, lo hanno consegnato allo stesso civico di tutt'altra via! Ho avuto il mio pacco solo per la fortuna che a riceverlo sono state persone molto gentili che si sono prese pure il disturbo di venirmelo a portare! Ho appena scoperto che un altro pacco preso su Amazon è stato spedito con loro.. da brividi! Speriamo bene! Several times contacted the assistance for a package that never arrived that they kept saying delivered! For them the problem was mine! E	Erika Vicini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera da vari giorni aspettavo un pacco importante contenente dei documenti , sono stata a casa ad attendere l' arrivo non mi sono spostata e sono venuta a scoprire dal sito che è stato fatto un secondo tentativo di consegna( al primo ero effettivamente assente, ma non sono stata avvisata in anticipo telefonicamente come promesso) i corrieri erano ripassati mentre tutti eravamo in casa senza suonare, senza lasciare traccia del loro passaggio e senza nemmeno avere l'accortezza di contattarmi telefonicamente! Non sono uscita proprio x attendere il loro arrivo......servizio pessimo e scadente ! Domani proverò a contattarli telefonicamente nella speranza di riuscire a farmi effettuare la consegna! Come si può affermare che una persona è assente se non si suona nemmeno il campanello ? Dovrò sedermi 24 ore su 24 a fianco della cassetta delle lettere ? Non aggiungo altro.....se si potesse darei "0" zero come voto al servizio !!! Mi informerò bene le prossime volte sul nome del corriere incaricato alla consegna! Non è un modo serio di lavorare!
