Manca anche il sistema di prenotazione elettronico, almeno con la carta saltavi un po' di fila... Very bad, slowness of the staff with consequent kilometric lines, and if you try to say something they get annoyed as well. Vorrebbero fare i servizi delle banche ....solo per un versamento su un libretto ho impiegato 4 ore. Badly organized office, employees don't answer simple questions. They would like to do the services of the banks .... just for a deposit on a passbook it took me 4 hours.

Consiglio di andare da qualche altra parte, magari dove il cliente viene rispettato di più. Arrogant and slow staff. They don't even know how to do the basic things that other post offices do quietly. I recommend going somewhere else, perhaps where the customer is respected more.

Se potete andate in altro ufficio, troverete meno coda e forse più competenza, forse! Per ritirare i pacchi io devo venire qui obbligatoriamente. Che schifo fare la fila unica... Al direttore non interessano i reclami dei clienti. Sta giù a testa bassa e pensando di fare bene quello che "viene da sopra" si libera di ogni sfida con leggerezza e distacco. Le Poste non sono più un servizio per spedire e ricevere pacchi. Sembra, ormai, tanto un consultorio per disagiati, e gli impiegati assistenti sociali, non formati, che fanno quello che possono. It was once one of the best offices in the city. Now, perhaps, the worst. If you can go to another office, you will find less queue and perhaps more competence, perhaps! To collect parcels, I must come here obligatorily. It sucks queuing ... The manager doesn't care about customer complaints.
