★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ero intenzionato all'acquisto di una lavatrice usata/ricondizionata in questo negozio, dopo che son venuti a casa e mi hanno detto che la vecchia costava troppo ripararla. Allorchè sono andato nel loro negozio e con mia moglie abbiamo scelto la lavatrice usata che volevamo e fin qui nessun problema fino a quando, il proprietario ci dice che ci dava una garanzia di soli 6 mesi su qualsiasi prodotto usato che acquistavamo. Prima di controbbattere, mi sono informato, infatti ho contattato l'UNIONE NAZIONALE CONSUMATORI e mi hanno detto testuali parole: "Purtroppo ci sono venditori non seri e il suo è uno di questi. La garanzia per l’usato è di minimo 1 anno. Il venditore è obbligato a darle almeno 1 anno di garanzia. Magari lo informi anche del fatto che rischia una denuncia all’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato." A questo punto l'ho contattato telefonicamente e gliel'ho fatto presente che stava sbagliando e gli ho suggerito anche di andarsi ad informare, ma la sua risposta è stata che preferiva non vedermi niente. Questi sono i commercianti che rovinano l'Italia e poi si lamentano che non vendono, complimenti e in bocca al lupo!!!

When I went to their shop and with my wife we chose the used washing machine we wanted and so far no problem until, the owner tells us that he gave us a guarantee of only 6 months on any used product we bought. Before I countered, I inquired, in fact I contacted the NATIONAL CONSUMERS UNION and they told me words: "Unfortunately there are some serious sellers and his is one of these. The guarantee for the used one is minimum 1 year. The seller is obliged to give her at least 1 year of warranty, perhaps even informing him of the fact that he risks a complaint to the Competition Authority. " At this point I contacted him by phone and I told him that he was wrong and I also suggested him to go and inform, but his response was that he preferred not to see me. These are the traders who ruin Italy and then complain that they don't sell, congratulations and good luck !!!
