Ho preso un materasso Luce matrimoniale, mi hanno avvisato subito delle tempistiche e le hanno rispettate perfettamente. Sempre bene negli altri casi ma questa volta lo giro nel lato estivo e ai piedi del materasso c’è un buco. Faccio presente il problema e mi dicono che mi ritirano la fodera e me la rammendano dicendomi che è un problema di manutenzione ovvero che è colpa mia. Prezzi un po alti . Inotre vi erano materassi già venduti a clienti in esposizione che tutti potevano provare, la cosa a livello igienico ( anche se vi erano teli ) non ci è piaciuta. Pensare che un materasso veniva provato da estranei e poi consegnato ai nuovi acquirenti... Personale cmq cortese e gentile. Unfortunately, there were still signs with 50% discounts on mattresses. Poi se vuoi spendere 300 € per un materasso si va in un qualsiasi centro commerciale e li se ne trovano quanti ne vuoi!! però dormi sulla plastica e senti il suo odore nauseante!!
