★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post vendita pessimo.Mobili consegnati incompleti e danneggiati nel montaggio seppur pagati in anticipo,per non parlare di alcune risposte ricevute non certo intrise di cordialita' e del modo con cui hanno cercato di risolvere.Ne' si preoccupano di chiamare il cliente per informarlo sullo stato della merce in ritardo.La vetrinetta che attendo da mesi a questo punto non penso di prenderla piu'.Scarsa professionalita'.Cambiate mestiere ma prima cambiate le venditrici.
Bad after-sales service. Furniture delivered incomplete and damaged in assembly even if paid in advance, not to mention some replies received certainly not full of cordiality and the way in which they tried to solve. state of the goods late. The display cabinet that I have been waiting for for months at this point I do not think I will take it anymore. Poor professionalism. Change jobs but first change the vendors.

Mi hanno seguito dal primo momento all'ultimo, design personalizzato, tecnico che è venuto a controllare che tornassero tutte le misure dei mobili, chiarimenti su ogni piccolo dettaglio dell'intera cucina, montatori veloci e molto professionali. Super consigliato, non potevo chiedere di meglio.
A great experience, I bought a kitchen.
They followed me from the first moment to the last, personalized design, a technician who came to check that all the measurements of the furniture returned, clarifications on every little detail of the entire kitchen, fast and very professional assemblers. Super recommended, I couldn't ask for better.

Bella l' esposizione, dove ci si può fare una prima idea, interessante il vedere mobili di diversi prezzi che ritengo possano accontentare esigenze diverse della clientela.
Ho acquistato una camera da letto, che all epoca era in offerta e una cucina Lube e di entrambe le cose sono molto soddisfatto..
Rispettati i tempi di consegna, considerati anche i tempi che corrono.
Professionali i Ragazzi che poi sono venuti ad installare i mobili.
A cucina installata è stata riscontrato un componente della cucina sbagliato e uno mancante e apprezzabile la risposta di Casairalia x la rapida sistemazione della cosa Ultimo, ma certamente non ultimo, i complimenti alla Professionalità del Personale.
Sono stato seguito da Monica, e davvero complimenti sinceri x come, da subito, ha saputo instaurare un rapporto "familiare".
Ho apprezzato la Sua professionalità, fatta di conoscenza, idee e soluzioni.

Beautiful exhibition, where you can get a first idea, interesting to see furniture of different prices that I believe can satisfy different needs of customers.
I bought a bedroom, which was on offer at the time, and a Lube kitchen and I am very satisfied with both.
Delivery times are respected, also considering the times they run.
The boys who then came to install the furniture are professional.
When the kitchen was installed, a wrong kitchen component was found and one missing and appreciable Casairalia's response for the quick arrangement of the thing Last, but certainly not least, the compliments to the Professionalism of the Staff.
I was followed by Monica, and really sincere congratulations x as, immediately, she was able to establish a "family" relationship.

Ci ha seguito nella definizione di ogni dettaglio ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze e ai cambiamenti di idea dell'ultimo minuto. Ottimo anche il servizio di trasporto e montaggio.
My partner and I were followed by Beppe for the purchase of the kitchen and the bed and we are very satisfied. He followed us in defining every detail and met our needs and last minute changes of idea. The transport and assembly service is also excellent.
