La settimana scorsa sentendo per la centomilionesima volta la pubblicità di Alessandro Greco, mi convinco a telefonare per prenotare un materasso, una rete e il relativo regalo (set piumone, due federe e lenzuola o il set piatti tognana) per la cifra complessiva di 239 euro. La signorina che ha risposto mi ha riferito che in zona vi era un loro incaricato e che, se ero d'accordo, sarebbe venuto a casa mia per mostrarmi la merce. Il giorno 6 u.s., alle ore 16 sento suonare alla porta e vedo un tizio con un grosso troller e un grosso borsone. Si presenta come dipendente Marion e una volta entrato in casa e assolto il preliminare delle presentazioni, intraprende una lezione sul lattice, dove viene estratto, la composizione dei materassi, la percentuale di lattice, il sonno, la respirazione i dolori acciacchi, dolori alle ginocchia, ecc.. Invece ha cominciato subito ad elencarmi i punti critici del materasso e della rete dicendomi che sono comunque PRODOTTI DI SCARTO e la rete È CINESE (ha detto proprio così non vi nascondo nulla) mi ha detto che per quel prezzo non posso pretendere un prodotto di qualità e che la garanzia era meno di 2 anni.. sono rimasta scioccata credetemi.. quindi avendo bisogno di un materasso comodo per dei problemi di salute mi faccio elencare gli altri prodotti che hanno (il consulente non aspettava altro, era questo il suo scopo) mi ha mostrato un materasso ortopedico completo di rete (rete cinese di prima...) per un totale di 2700€ circa..... dicendomi che se lo andavo a prendere in un altro negozio non mi bastano 5000€, ho capito ma se io ora potevo prendere quello visto in TV inutile che tu mi proponi un materasso da 2700€, potendolo pagare in comode rate da 59€ per 60 mesi (neanche un mutuo).... il tutto tramite compas (finanziaria che odio) ma questo è un altro discorso.. il consulente ha perso possibilità di vendita sia del materasso e rete in promozione in TV, sia del materasso e rete da 2700€.. FATE ATTENZIONE PERCHÉ C’È SEMPRE SOTTO QUALCOSA...... Un'esperienza assolutamente da sconsigliare. Il prezzo iniziale era di 249 sul listino invece alla fine era 1399€ assurdo. Approfittando della condizione mentale di mia madre ha cercato di venderglielo a tutti i costi. Abbiamo chiamato il rappresentante che è stato scortese al massimo dicendo che avrebbe fatto presente tutto alla diretta interessata. Dopo anche una mail di cessione del contratto ci mettiamo in contatto con un'altra persona per disdire il tutto ed anche lei insisteva con la vendita del materasso a tutti i costi. Quando è venuto il rappresentante ci ha fatto vedere tre tipi di materassi, noi abbiamo scelto il migliore il Venere. Alla fine abbiamo notato che il materasso non era quello da noi scelto, perché era talmente molle che quando si siedeva mio padre (peso 58kg) toccava addirittura le doghe. La procedura per darlo indietro è stata molto complicata anche perché il rappresentante si negava sempre, dicendomi che dopo qualche giorno sarebbe venuto a vedere il difetto. È riuscito a far passare 14 giorni, facendo scadere il tempo previsto per la restituzione della marce. Ho dovuto chiamare direttamente la fabbrica arrabbiandomi i quali mi hanno proposto altri tipi di materasso. Ma io ho detto che non ne volevo più sapere e sono riuscito a spedire il materasso (se così si può chiamare) a mie spese €134 ora sono in attesa che mi venga restituita la caparra.
