Sono due anni e mezzo che mio figlio abita nel suo appartamento dotato di pompa di calore.
Fin dal primo giorno ha avuto problemi e ripetute sono state le richieste di assistenza con scarsi risultati: d’inverno quasi freddo in casa e d’estate caldo!!!!!
Ironia della sorte oggi, garanzia scaduta, la “macchina non va più” in quanto L’Unità esterna ha una perdita e il gas si è completamente volatilizzato.
Soluzione ponte, per far ripartire il riscaldamento, ricaricare il gas “a perdere” e poi, sperando che funzioni fino a primavera, intervenire - ovviamente sempre a pagamento - smontare la macchina e saldare dove perde, se possibile, altrimenti pezzi nuovi sostitutivi per una macchina difettosa fin dall’origine.
Altra nota: nella palazzina ci sono tre impianti “Fiorini” e solo uno sembra vada bene. Un’altro ha dovuto sostituire a pagamento una scheda fallata e a mio figlio è andata decisamente peggio anche perché non si è ancora conclusa la sistemazione.
Questo dopo solo due anni e mezzo sperando che almeno si sistemi e resista per un po’,
La mia è solo una cronistoria dei fatti iniziata con vane verifiche, solleciti e posta certificata per segnalare il malcontento senza alcun risultato. Ora che dire, non posso certo dare che una stella visto che zero non si può.

Defective heat pump.
My son has been living in his apartment with a heat pump for two and a half years.
From the first day he had problems and repeated requests for assistance with poor results: in the winter almost cold at home and hot in the summer !!!!!
Ironically today, an expired warranty, the "machine no longer goes" because the outdoor unit has a leak and the gas has completely evaporated.
Solution bridge, to restart the heating, recharge the gas "to lose" and then, hoping it works until spring, intervene - of course always paid - disassemble the machine and pay where it loses, if possible, otherwise new replacement parts for a defective machine from the beginning.
Another note: in the building there are three plants "Fiorini" and only one seems fine. Another had to replace a failed card for a fee and my son went much worse because the accommodation has not yet been completed.
This is only after two and a half years, hoping that at least it will settle and resist for a while,
Mine is just a history of the facts started with vain checks, reminders and certified mail to report the discontent without any result. Now what can I say, I can not give that a star since zero can not be.
