★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per caso a qualcuno è capitato di non ricevere un pacco o qualcosa ordinato on-line? E che quindi ha dovuto andare personalnente a prendersi quanto dovuto direttamente dal corriere?
Seguendo il tracciamento ho avuto questa esperienza. Ben tre consegne mancate per destinario " assente". Il corriere in questione (TNT) ti spunta sul percorso una mancata consegna per destinatario assente. Ma la verità è ben un'altra! Non sono mai passati!!
Certo non si possono permettere di farlo con grosse aziende o clientela fissa. Ma per un cliente privato.. lo saltano eccome! Ora fate voi il conto di 10..15 clienti che si devono arrangiare a recuperare quanto già pagato, e il risparmio è fatto. Certo a discapito del povero cliente! Viva la furbizia.. complimenti! Scommettiamo che se il pagamento fosse stato alla consegna non sarei a scrivere qui..
Ritengo che Leroy Merlin debba sapere di questa manovra " furbesca" e scegliere bene i propri corrieri. Personalmente la prossima volta vengo direttamente in negozio a prendere ciò che mi serve. Risparmiando tempo, denaro, e nervosismo!

Following the tracking I had this experience. Three missed deliveries for "absent" recipient. The courier in question (TNT) will check a non-delivery due to absent recipient on the route. But the truth is quite another! They never passed !!
Of course they cannot afford to do this with large companies or regular customers. But for a private client .. they skip it! Now you make the account of 10..15 customers who have to arrange to recover what has already been paid, and the savings are made. Certainly to the detriment of the poor customer! Long live the cunning .. congratulations! We bet that if the payment had been on delivery I would not be writing here ..
I believe that Leroy Merlin should know about this "clever" maneuver and choose his couriers well. Personally, next time I will come directly to the shop to get what I need. Saving time, money, and nervousness!

Servizio pessimo sono stato vittima di raggiro in quanto il corriere che ha effettuato la consegna non avendo il resto mi ha chiesto se sarebbe potuto ripassare per restituirmi il resto che non aveva e io gentilmente ho accettato sono ancora in attesa che passi da più di 15 giorni. Sono molto rammaricato non per l'importo ma per il gesto che dimostra che fiducia nel prossimo è meglio non averne se non vuoi essere fregato. Aggiungi che se chiami al telefono ti fanno spendere 10 centesimi al minuto e ti lasciano in linea per ore .. Oltre al danno la beffa

Avoid deliveries with non-serious TNT couriers
Bad service I was a victim of scam as the courier who made the delivery not having the change asked me if he could come back to give me the change he did not have and I kindly accepted I am still waiting for more than 15 days to pass . I am very sorry not for the amount but for the gesture that shows that trust in others is better not to have it if you do not want to be cheated. Add that if you call on the phone they make you spend 10 cents a minute and leave you on the line for hours.

Qui è successo, (nonostante avessero il mio numero di telefono), preferivo avessero detto: non riesco, per il periodo natalizio,nsarei andato io, hanno trovato la scusa, (Ma lei non sa quanto lavoro!).

dicono che ti richiamano e non lo fanno.
Sono venuti a ritirare da me un pacco hanno dimenticato di scansionarlo e continuavano a dire che io non lo avevo consegnato al corriere mille chiamate e quelle scocciate erano le segretarie dell'ufficio.Per fortuna ci sono altre filiali come quella di Novara dove è arrivato il pacco che sono molto più competenti e con gente che ha voglia di svolgere il proprio lavoro e finalmente sono riusciti a trovarmi il pacco.
La filiale di Ravenna è una vergogna dovrebbero valutare l'idea di sostituire il personale in ufficio
People who work in the office are not professional at all, they struggle to answer the phone,
they say they call you back and they don't.
They came to collect a package from me, they forgot to scan it and kept saying that I hadn't delivered it to the courier a thousand calls and those annoyed were the secretaries of the office. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si possono certo mettere stelle quando controlli il track del tuo pacco scopri che "qualcuno" ha spuntato la lettera di vettura dicendo che ha consegnato il pacco e invece non è assolutamente vero. Ormai ho chiesto a tutti i condomini se qualcuno ha ritirato per me, ma perché poi avrebbero dovuto, visto che ero in casa all'ora del "presunto ritiro". Vorrei conoscere il nome del corriere che venerdì 29 nov. 2021 mi avrebbe recapitato il pacco. Giusto per ringraziarlo e guardarlo in faccia... quel pacco mi occorre con urgenza... lo sappia caro il mio bugiardo...
