S	Simo Solo Simo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna mi hanno solo fatto sprecare tempo e non mi hanno consegnato il pacco, fanno perdere soldi e tempo alle ditte pure dato che il pacco verrà mandato indietro(ho fatto contrassegno) A shame they only made me waste time and did not deliver the package, they waste money and time for companies as well as the package will be sent back (I have made a cash on delivery)

Sono incontattabili in qualsiasi modo. Sono IMBARAZZANTI. Although they are at home they do not pass by, they do not leave notices in the little hole. Dalla tracciatura risulta in deposito a Ravenna ma contattando il numero verde o quello di riferimento delle pagine bianche è pressoché impossibile parlare con un operatore e dopo un quarto d'ora d'attesa di staccano la chiamata. Attendo che smaltiscano le consegne ma ad un mese di distanza mi vedrò costretto ad andare a Ravenna di persona perdendo ulteriore tempo. Pessimo servizio. Risponditore automatico che 3 volte su 3 capisce numeri diversi da quelli dettati. Se non recupero il pacco che è in giacenza a Ravenna da 13 giorni, parte la lettera del legale. Usufruito del servizio di ritiro a domicilio, è una settimana che attendo e nessuno è passato, dicendo che sono passati e avendo esplicitamente messo una nota per essere contattati telefonicamente. Pessimo servizio e pessimi corrieri. Negative experience with SDA of Ravenna. F	Fama Gueye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa con SDA Ravenna, Sono 3 giorni che aspetto un pacco con pagamento alla consegna e solo un giorno hanno provato a consegnare, ma il corriere è stato molto scortese ( non funzionava il pagamento con bancomat e non aveva il resto da dare quindi riporta via il pacco e avrebbe dovuto passare il giorno dopo). Sul tracking mettono che il destinatario ha rifiutato la consegna per tre giorni di seguito e il pacco viene restituito al mittente.
