Essendo in consegna non mi muovo da casa
Tento di chiamare in filiale, ma dopo un ora di telefonate non si degnano neanche di rispondere, al prossimo ordine se mi dicono che spediscono con brt, o cambiano corriere o non faccio l ordine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo un negozio a Senise, abbiamo spesso a che fare con il corriere BRT.. in particolare collaboriamo con Danilo Langone e Francesco Calicchio....che dire ormai fanno parte della famiglia..... Disponibilità, gentilezza e tante tante risate.... Bravi ragazzi che rispecchiano perfettamente la politica dell'immagine BRT.....
 Having a shop in Senise, we often deal with the BRT courier .. in particular we collaborate with Danilo Langone and Francesco Calicchio .... what can I say now they are part of the family ..... Availability, kindness and lots of laughs. ... Good guys who perfectly reflect the BRT image policy .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo!Ogni spedizione che arriva nella loro filiale si perde!Scrivono in consegna e poi non consegnano addirittura aggiornano a fine giornata scrivendo che non hanno trovato il destinatario e hanno lasciato un avviso(cosa non veritiera).
Se si potesse scegliere sui vari siti di acquisto il corriere per la consegna starei alla larga da loro!
Vergognosi
Bad service! Every shipment that arrives in their branch gets lost! They write in delivery and then do not deliver even update at the end of the day writing that they have not found the recipient and left a notice (which is not true).
If you could choose the courier for delivery on the various shopping sites, I would stay away from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checco zalone direbbe: ma questi sono del mestiere? Da 15 giorni ormai aspetto un pacco spedito dall'Italia , ogni giorno mi viene spostata di un giorno la consegna con scuse inanerrabili. Il personale del call center, molto educato e disponibile, mi risolve ogni giorno il problema ma il pacco non mi viene consegnato lo stesso causandomi notevoli disagi e danni.
Con la speranza di ricevere il pacco per il 2022 consiglio a tutti di affidarsi a altre aziende più puntuali

The call center staff, very polite and helpful, solves the problem for me every day but the package is not delivered to me anyway, causing me considerable inconvenience and damage.
With the hope of receiving the package for 2022, I advise everyone to rely on other more punctual companies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando faccio un ordine e vedo che è brt a consegnare sono sempre felice. Il punt di smistamento pacchi ad atena è sempre di ottime prestazioni in velocità e tempo. Il corriere Gino Farina poi è di una gentilezza e cordialità unica, sempre pronto a venirti in contro alle proprie necessità

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quasi impossibile recensire un corriere positivamente,ed invece Bartolini merita. A questo va aggiunto che il fattorino (Gino) in tutte le consegne effettuate si è dimostrato sempre garbato, sorridente e disponibile...oltre ad essersi sempre annunciato con una telefonata una decina di minuti circa prima dell'arrivo. Ottima esperienza.
Almost impossible to review a courier positively, and instead Bartolini deserves it. To this it must be added that the bellboy (Gino) in all the deliveries made has always been polite, smiling and helpful ... in addition to having always announced himself with a phone call about ten minutes before arrival. Great experience.

Aspetto il ritiro di un pacco da due giorni (lavorativi) e mi vedo aggiornato solamente lo stato del ritiro su internet con "merce non disponibile" oppure "cliente inesistente". Peccato che al mio indirizzo non sia mai arrivato nessun corriere e pensare che basterebbe cercare l'indirizzo stesso su Google maps. In più il servizio clienti mi chiede il numero a cui contattarmi (già in loro possesso) ma di chiamate neanche l'ombra. Società senza neanche un briciolo di serietà.
Bad service. I have been waiting for the collection of a package for two (working) days and I only see the status of the withdrawal on the internet updated with "goods not available" or "non-existent customer". Too bad that no courier has ever arrived at my address and to think that it would be enough to search for the address on Google maps. In addition, the customer service asks me for the number to contact me (already in their possession) but not even the shadow of calls. Society without even an iota of seriousness.
