Le consegne non arrivano mai e non si fanno responsabili. Diffidare di loro e chi usa i loro servizi. The worst company on the market, they are certainly thieves. Alla fine il pacco è arrivato intatto il 23, quindi in meno di 48h. Soddisfatto! I was waiting for a package shipped on December 21st. Being a Christmas present I was hoping it would arrive by 24 and reading all the reviews I was very scared. In the end the package arrived intact on the 23rd, therefore in less than 48 hours. Fulfilled!

Oltre questo, andando a guardare il tracking risultava essere consegnato, ma a chi? Dove? Quando? A me non è arrivato assolutamente nulla e sono a casa da due giorni. Preciso di aver pagato una maggiorazione per la spedizione express. Al call center dicono di non sapere quando sarà effettuata la consegna. Non fate pagare alle persone una maggiorazione per un servizio che non siete in grado di offrire. Parcel ordered on amazon and unfortunately entrusted to them for shipping. La consegna doveva essere tassativa a giovedì (ordine Amazon), il corriere si fa vivo il venerdì e non trovando il posto mi comunica che arriverà il martedì successivo. Inutile contattare il corriere che mette giù il telefono o l’azienda che non risponde. Dovevo ascoltare le pessime recensioni di chi ha già utilizzato il loro servizio, da evitare. Sul loro sito lo mettono in consegna ogni giorno per una settimana ma nessuno arriva. Scrivo la prima mail e nessuna risposta, chiamo e dicono che mi richiamerà il referente di zona ma nessuna chiamata. All'ennesima telefonata, l'operatore prova giocarsi la carta " il corriere non ha trovato nessuno" peccato che non ci sia nessun avviso neppure sul loro sito risulta un tentativo di consegna. Poi nessuno per una settimana e nessun avviso? Nemmeno un avviso di giacenza? Morale a 7 giorni Lavorativi dalla spedizione non ho nulla. Spero che sia la prima e l'ultima volta con questo corriere. Dal mio prossimo ordine indicherò nelle note di non utilizzarlo per la spedizione. Shipping from Naples to Milan. Promise 48 hours, after 10 days no track and no feedback.
