★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mi sono recata presso lo Store scarpe scarpe sito in Marcianise ho preso una maglietta ed un completino per mio figlio la maglietta era scontata al 50 e il completino al 30 quindi ognuno portava il proprio bollo uno del 30 e uno del 50.
Una Volta arrivata in cassa la commessa mi dice che non mi poteva fare lo sconto del 30 per un errore di bollo, al che io ho detto signorina l’errore non è mio quindi io vorrei pagare questo completino al 30 visto che c’è il bollo lei molto scorrettamente mi ha detto che non poteva farmi lo sconto quindi me ne sono andata senza prendere nell’una nell’altra cosa.
Zero professionalità! Farò una cattiva propaganda e pensare che lavoro a quel centro anche io!
Yesterday I went to the Shoe Store located in Marcianise and I took a t-shirt and a set for my son, the t-shirt was discounted at 50 and the outfit at 30 so each one wore their own stamp, one of 30 and one of 50.
Once arrived at the cashier the saleswoman tells me that she could not give me the discount of 30 due to a stamp error, to which I said miss the error is not mine so I would like to pay this complete at 30 as there is the stamp she very incorrectly told me that she could not give me the discount so I left without taking in the one in the other thing.
Zero professionalism! I'll do bad propaganda and think that I work at that center too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erano anni che non entravo da scarpe e scarpe perché ogni volta che ci entravo uscivo sempre a mani vuote, non mi piaceva niente all'interno del negozio, invece ci sono entrare qualche settimana fa in cerca di scarpe e sono rimasta meravigliosa dal vasto assortimento di scarpe e di vestiti al suo interno... un cambiamento sicuramente positivo... se avessi avuto la possibilità mi sarei comprata tantissime cose perché all'interno del negozio mi piaceva tutto!!! Un applauso a chi ha saputo cambiare e valorizzare il punto vendita... consigliatissimo!!!!!
It had been years that I hadn't entered shoes and shoes because every time I entered I always went out empty-handed, I didn't like anything inside the shop, instead I went in a few weeks ago looking for shoes and I was marvelous from the vast assortment of shoes and clothes inside ... definitely a positive change ... if I had had the chance I would have bought a lot of things because I liked everything inside the shop !!! A round of applause to those who have been able to change and enhance the store ... highly recommended !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immenso e dispersivo, ci ho messo un quarto d'ora affinché arrivasse una commessa, molto gentile. Stands molto confusionali per il fatto che alle scarpe esposte non corrispondono i numeri e i modelli.
Non ho comperato nulla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa sera sono ritornata in questo negozio dopo anni che non andavo perché non mi era piaciuta la gestione ma non ho avuto la possibilità di entrare perché la commessa si è messa un quarto d'ora prima della chiusura vicino all'uscita e non dava la possibilità alle persone di entrare nonostante all'interno non ci fosse quasi nessuno. Io capisco che lei sicuramente voleva andare via ma comunque doveva rispettare l'orario di chiusura. I clienti vanno accolti sempre fino all'ultimo perché se il cliente è soddisfatto ritorna e porta altri clienti. Io personalmente non ci ritornerò più e chi ci ha perso è la società non la commessa che in quel momento pensava ai suoi interessi e non a quelli della società per cui lavora
Tonight I went back to this shop after years of not going because I didn't like the management but I didn't have the opportunity to enter because the saleswoman was a quarter of an hour before closing near the exit and did not give the opportunity people to enter even though there was hardly anyone inside. I understand that she certainly wanted to leave but still had to respect closing time. Customers should always be welcomed to the last because if the customer is satisfied he comes back and brings other customers. Personally, I will never go back there and whoever lost us is the company, not the saleswoman who at that moment was thinking about her interests and not those of the company she works for.
