Di una bravura che non ha uguali consiglierei questo centro Tim a chiunque abbia voglia di una persona con molta competenza .Ci tornerò sicuramente molto presto, mi rammarico che purtroppo le stelle massime sono solo cinque .Ma la signorina in questione né merita molte di più

Per una semplice informazione devi prendere un giorno di ferie....ed è la Tim (compagnia telefonica !) figurati....siamo tornati indietro di 20 anni !

For a simple information you have to take a day off .... and it's the Tim (phone company!) Imagine .... we went back 20 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo centro per acquistare il pacchetto tim gold. Poiché un tipo diffidente, soprattutto verso gli operatori telefonici, mi son studiato tutti i cavilli della promozione in modo da andare al centro già preparato. Per mia sorpresa ho trovato una addetta, Orsola o Iolanda, non ricordo perfettamente, che mi ha spiegato tutto il pacchetto senza tralasciare nulla, molto precisa, molto competente, ignara del fatto che io sapessi già tutto ma anche se fossi stato all'oscuro di tutto lei avrebbe reso un servizio come un cliente si aspetta. Inoltre è stata molto precisa e puntuale con ulteriori miei domande, anche molto simpatica e gentile. Purtroppo non sono tim per telefonia fissa e mobile altrimenti avrei gradito essere sempre servito da lei in futuro.

As a suspicious type, especially towards telephone operators, I have studied all the quirks of the promotion in order to go to the center already prepared. To my surprise I found an employee, Orsola or Iolanda, I don't remember perfectly, who explained the whole package to me without leaving anything out, very precise, very competent, unaware that I already knew everything but even if I had been unaware of everything she would have rendered a service as a customer expects. She was also very precise and punctual with my further questions, also very nice and kind. Unfortunately, I am not a tim for landlines and mobile phones, otherwise I would have liked to have always been served by you in the future.
