Ho avviato la pratica per la sostituzione della SIM a seguito di smarrimento... Dico solo che dopo 4 giorni sono riuscito ad avere la linea sul mio tele dopo essermi recato per ben quattro volte di persona e per quattro volte mi hanno preso in giro in modo tale da sbrigarmi velocemente... Dopo svariati tentativi di chiamate, alcune mai avute risposte, mi dicono che se non sia attiva la linea non è colpa loro... NON ANDATE. Morale della favola ho dovuto pagare nuovamente la attivazione della sim in un altro storie e dopo 30 minuti ho avuto la linea. Cambiate mestiere!!!
Incompetent and not at all professional staff !!!!!
I started the procedure for replacing the SIM following loss ... I just say that after 4 days I managed to get the line on my TV after I went four times in person and four times they made fun of me in such a way as to hurry up quickly ... After several attempts to make calls, some of which have never been answered, they tell me that if the line is not active it is not their fault ... DO NOT GO. Moral of the story I had to pay again the activation of the sim in another story and after 30 minutes I had the line. Change jobs !!!
