★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato per Natale una pallina personalizzata con un messaggio importante da fare per Natale, l’acquisto avvenuto di lunedì doveva essere pronto il lunedì successivo, mi reco in negozio e in maniera molto stizzosa la ragazza al banco mi dice che non è pronto e lo sarebbe stato dopo un’altra settimana.. chiedo spiegazioni, mi risponde noi qui lavoriamo, faccio presente che mi è stato creato un disagio perché mi serviva per tempo, ma mi tratta con sufficienza. Una settimana dopo mi reco li di mattina e mi dice, se non la chiamiamo noi non è pronto, chiedo di poter riavere i soldi perché a questo punto il regalo non mi serve più, mi dice semplicemente che se non lo voglio più li perdo, sempre con fare estremamente arrogante. Morale quando finalmente la pallina è pronta mi sbagliano anche colore del nastro. State lontani!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata allo store di Marcianise, tutto molto bello fin quando non vado a ritirare la merce e mi ritrovo un sacco nascita di raso anzicchè di cotone (come mi ero raccomandata più volte alla commessa). Al momento del ritiro spiego che non era esattamente l'ordine che avevo fatto, la commessa di turno chiama la sua collega (che aveva preso l'ordine) e anzicchè scusarsi ha praticamente detto, ribadito e insistito, che io avevo ordinato così e lei era impossibile che si sarebbe sbagliata giustificandosi con tanta arroganza, che "lei ricorda sempre tutto"! La commessa di turno inoltre, non solo non si scusava da parte della collega presuntuosa, ma mi ha anche incolpata dicendo che doveva essere mio pensiero leggere l'ordine scritto sulla bolla da parte della sua collega (che viene pagata anche per questo).
Praticamente non solo il danno anche la beffa, in quanto ho dovuto per forza prendermi le cose perché ormai non potevano essere cambiate essendo personalizzate.

Nemmeno dell'azienda che mi ha fatto attendere più giorni del previsto, per avere l' ordine! Lo sconsiglio vivamente!

The saleswoman on duty also not only did not apologize from the presumptuous colleague, but also blamed me by saying that it had to be my thought to read the order written on the bill by her colleague (who is also paid for this).
Practically not only the damage but also the insult, as I had to necessarily take things because now they could not be changed being customized.
