★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente pessimi, ho ricevuto un regalo per la befana con scontrino di 10€, quando sono andata a cambiarlo perché non erano di mio gradimento, mi è stato detto che dovevo cambiarlo con lo stesso articolo, che ormai era passato in saldi, quindi costava la metà, ma io mi chiedo, se attualmente è andato in saldi, ne dovrei avere due, perché comunque vale lo scontrino, la persona che ha comprato l' articolo l ha pagato a prezzo pieno, ed invece no.. come truffare le persone, per non parlare che tre commesse, tutte e tre dicevano cose diverse, non ci tornerò mai piu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La merce è bellissima, bassi costi, ma il personale é PESSIMO! Te ne cacciano quasi, scortesi e se provi più modelli sembra che gli stai chiedendo una donazione di organi anziché fargli piacere! Se dovete stare così andate a grattare il ghiaccio per le granite sicuro vendete di più!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata nel negozio domenica per acquistare delle calze panna per bambina...avrei voluto usufruire della promozione ma mi è stato detto che non c'erano 5 paia di calze color panna ma solo 2. Le ho prese e sono andata via...dopo qualche minuto sono rientrata e le avevano riassortite...davvero scorretto da parte loro, lo scopo era certamente quello di vendere i colori che gli restano sullo stomaco! inoltre il personale è davvero poco gentile.
I went into the shop on Sunday to buy some cream socks for girls ... I wanted to take advantage of the promotion but I was told that there were not 5 pairs of cream socks but only 2. I took them and left ... after a few minutes I came back and they had restocked them ... really incorrect of them, the aim was certainly to sell the colors that remain on their stomach! also the staff is really unkind.
