★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto e potuto provare con mano tantissimi prodotti Xiaomi, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, prezzi ottimi ed è possibile trovare offerte dedicate all'interno dello store. Fantastico nelle misure per il contenimento del Covid, uno dei pochissimi a rispettare e far rispettare le norme anti-Covid. Proprio per questo potrebbe essere necessario attendere un po' all'ingresso dove i ragazzi del personale procederanno a far entrare secondo la capienza del negozio e misurando la temperatura corporea, oltre ad farvi santificare obbligatoriamente le mani così da poter toccare e provare tutti i prodotti all'interno a piacimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un Robot aspirapolvere e lava pavimenti. Dopo qualche giorno comincio ad avere problemi con il gps e posizione . Selezionando una area specifica in più di una occasione il robot perde la posizione e non completa l’aspirazione e lavaggio tornandosene alla base . Ho eseguito il livellamento e ripristino totale ma continua in più occasioni a perdersi all’interno della casa . Vado al centro Campania ( è passata solo una settimana dall’acquisto ) e qui cominciano i problemi …..ho spiegato la problematica ma nonostante tutte le informazioni dettagliate l’addetta alla vendita non può procedere alla sostituzione se non verifica in negozio la problematica !!!!!!!l le spiego che aspettare li la verifica del problema è assurdo ….il sistema deve fare una nuova mappa e poi creare diverse stanze per poter verificare il problema …..insomma mio Amazon ma dove sei ????? Come mi pento di non avere comprato attraverso Amazon ……dopo la mia dose di incazzatura gratuita e senza nessuna verifica mi hanno sostituito il robot …..con la speranza che sia un difetto solo di quello ……
Ma insomma una grande azienda come la Xiaomi con un post vendita del genere , non me l’aspettavo ……..e poi si chiedono perché non si compra più negli store ……
P.S. ho segnalato il problema attraverso l’applicazione ma non mi ha contattato nessuno .mahhhhh
I bought a Robot vacuum cleaner and floor cleaner. After a few days I start having problems with the GPS and position. By selecting a specific area on more than one occasion, the robot loses its position and does not complete the suction and washing by returning to the base. I have carried out the leveling and total restoration but it continues to get lost inside the house on several occasions. I go to the Campania center (only a week has passed since the purchase) and here the problems begin… ..I explained the problem but despite all the detailed information the sales assistant cannot proceed with the replacement if she does not check the problem in the shop! !!!!!! l I explain to you that waiting there for the verification of the problem is absurd .... the system has to make a new map and then create different rooms to be able to verify the problem ... .. in short my Amazon but where are you ???? ? How I regret not having bought through Amazon ... ... after my dose of free anger and without any verification they replaced my robot ... ... with the hope that it is only a defect of that .......
But in short, a large company like Xiaomi with such an after-sales service, I did not expect it ......... and then they wonder why they no longer buy in stores .......
P.S. I reported the problem through the application but no one contacted me .mahhhhh
