★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto grande e ben assortito, molto bello si trova quasi di tutto . Personale scarso e poco competente ti fanno prendere il numero o fare la fila per chiedere una semplice informazione ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per puro caso ci troviamo in negozio girando fra gli scaffali troviamo una tv lg a prezzo molto interessante dal quale è possibile ottenere ulteriori 100 euro dal bonus rottamazione. Trovandoci sprovvisti del vecchio tv chiediamo al commesso se era possibile bloccare il televisore con un anticipo e ritornare il giorno dopo con la tv da rottamare, il commesso ci dice che possiamo saldarllo tutto subito compreso dello sconto rottamazione e poi ritirarlo il giorno dopo congiuntamente alla consegna del vecchio televisore, a questo punto decidiamo di prenderlo e il commesso con molta INSISTENZA ci propone di aggiungere l'estensione di garanzia per 79 euro e la taratura del monitor per altri 69 euro, al nostro diniego più volte reiterato il commesso con un aria molto seccata emette la bolla e NON ci rivolge neanche il saluto quando lo salutiamo. Dopo aver atteso la fila allo sportello per completare la pratica di rottamazione arrivato il nostro turno il commesso che ci aveva serviti in reparto si sostituisce alla sportellista e ci dice che la pratica si può concludere solo se avevamo l'apparecchio da rottamare a nostra disposizione in quel momento e che poteva accettare di completare l'acquisto il giorno dopo solo se avessimo acquistato la taratura del monitor a 79 euro, in pratica il commesso si è rimangiato quello che ci aveva detto 20 minuti prima per prendersi una semplice vendetta perché non abbiamo voluto acquistare servizi aggiuntivi insieme al televisore. Il risultato é che non comprerò più questo televisore da Mediaworld e spero vivamente che commessi simili siano allontanati al più presto.

After waiting for the queue at the counter to complete the scrapping procedure, our turn has arrived, the clerk who had served us in the department takes the place of the counter and tells us that the procedure can be concluded only if we had the equipment to be scrapped at our disposal in that moment and that he could accept to complete the purchase the next day only if we had purchased the monitor calibration at 79 euros, in practice the clerk took back what he had told us 20 minutes before to take a simple revenge because we did not want purchase additional services together with the TV. The result is that I will no longer buy this TV from Mediaworld and I sincerely hope that similar salesmen will be turned away soon.

Oggi siamo andati per l'acquisto di una lavatrice.
la prenotazione era di settimana scorsa con una bolla a zero acconto è tutto saldo.
Noi abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse qualche acconto, ma la risposta è stato un secco :" Non serve". (poi scopriremo che la bolla che abbiamo in mano è una bolla per saldo, per questo presentava zero euro di acconto e 399 € per il saldo, EQUIVOCO CREATO), siamo andati via.
Torniamo oggi e ci riferiscono che la bolla che abbiamo in mano non vale niente perchè non è stato pagato.
Paolo, l'operatore interno ci fa capire che la carta che abbiamo può essere anche buttato via. (Noi volevamo solo delle informazioni e una lavatrice da portare via).
La signora dirigente ci ha proposto uno sconto, ma noi abbiamo rifiutato perchè non è un problema di soldi ma del servizio.
RINGRAZIAMO IL PRIMO PERATORE, per il servizio, siamo noi che abbiamo capito male.
RINGRAZIAMO PAOLO, che senza di lui non ci sarebbe questa recensione. (PAOLO, NON VOGLIAMO DISCUTERE DI CHI HA RAGIONE, MA VOGLIAMO SOLO LA LAVATRICE).

Alla fine abbiamo comprato un'altra lavatrice da 449 € anzi che 399€ della prima che abbiamo scelto.
