★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato un sabato pomeriggio per un guasto alla mia lavastoviglie vecchia di 10 anni,ho fissato un appuntamento per la settimana successiva . Due tecnici sono venuti puntualmente,in 15 minuti mi hanno diagnosticato il guasto,effettuato un preventivo e mi hanno informato che il ricambio sarebbe arrivato una decina di giorni dopo . Settimana successiva altro appuntamento per il montaggio del ricambio,solita puntualità,e lavastoviglie ripartita . Al di là del costo,secondo me giusto,devo dire che mai avevo avuto un servizio del genere,molti con le parole "professionalità e cortesia" si riempiono la bocca, ma OFFICINE ELETTRODOMESTICI ne ha fatto sicuramente un suo obbiettivo . Grazie .
 I called on a Saturday afternoon for a breakdown of my 10 year old dishwasher, I made an appointment for the following week. Two technicians came punctually, in 15 minutes they diagnosed me with the failure, made a quote and informed me that the spare part would arrive about ten days later. Next week another appointment for the assembly of the spare part, the usual punctuality, and a dishwasher again. Beyond the cost, in my opinion fair, I must say that I had never had such a service, many with the words "professionalism and courtesy" fill their mouths, but OFFICINE ELETTRODOMESTICI has certainly made it its goal. Thank you .

Scrivo questa mia per confermarle in pieno: ho trovato professionalità, prezzo in linea con quello che avevo pensato di voler spendere, un servizio finalmente davvero attento al cliente. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio folletto (ormai di oltre 10 anni) per un problema di contatto del cavo di alimentazione e della rottura della scocca. Mi hanno da subito proposto una soluzione temporanea per poterlo usare ugualmente nell’attesa di far arrivare il pezzo di ricambio . Quando poi si sono accorti che il fornitore non avrebbe inviato il pezzo in tempi brevi causa COVID, hanno trovato una soluzione alternativa. Sono stata sempre aggiornata sullo stato della riparazione. Mi piacciono i piccoli negozi dove c’è qualcuno che si prende in carico il “problema” , lo fa suo e soprattutto lo risolve. È utilissimo che in un piccolo centro come Sesto ci siano attività facilmente raggiungibili e così importanti. Consiglio questa attività a tutti, in negozio sono presenti anche elettrodomestici piccoli e grandi e sapere che il negozio che li vende può anche farti assistenza non ha prezzo!

Then when they realized that the supplier would not send the piece in a short time due to COVID, they found an alternative solution. I was always updated on the status of the repair. I like small shops where there is someone who takes care of the "problem", makes it his own and above all solves it. It is very useful that in a small town like Sesto there are activities that are easily accessible and so important. I recommend this activity to everyone, there are also small and large appliances in the shop and knowing that the shop that sells them can also get you assistance is priceless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevamo cambiare il nostro frigo da incasso, ci siamo rivolti a Officine Elettrodomestici. Abbiamo trovato professionalità, competenza e gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff. L'intervento a casa nostra del sig. Marco si è dimostrato veloce, puntuale e tecnicamente ineccepibile. Ci siamo trovati così bene da indurci a sostituire anche il piano cottura ormai obsoleto. We had to change our built-in fridge, we turned to Officine Elettrodomestici. We found professionalism, competence and kindness from all the staff. The intervention at our home by Mr. Marco proved to be fast, punctual and technically flawless. We found ourselves so well that we even replaced the now obsolete hob.
