★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo negozio non vengono assolutamente rispettate le norme anti-covid. Affollatissimo. Ho chiesto spiegazioni in proposito ad una commessa, ma ha evitato di rispondermi. In tutti gli altri negozi si fa la fila all' esterno. Facile no?
 In this shop the anti-covid rules are absolutely not respected. Crowded. I asked a clerk for an explanation on the matter, but she avoided answering me. In all the other shops there is a queue outside. Easy isn't it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse pessime, negozio pieno zeppo di gente senza rispettare norme anti-covid. Non solo paghi la busta 10 centesimi, non hanno neanche l'accortezza di chiuderti una confezione regalo, rispondendoti anche con toni cafoni come loro.
Bad orders, shop full of people without respecting anti-covid rules. Not only do you pay 10 cents for the envelope, they don't even have the foresight to close a gift box, even answering you with peasant tones like them.

Non metto 5 stelle perché quello del centro Campania è piccolo come locale e ci si muove in difficoltà con più persone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un po' piccolo ma ben fornito, il personale mi è parso dinamico è sicuramente disponibile i prezzi anche sono buoni in linea con la loro politica.Con attenzione ma non petulanti per la normativa anticovid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 9-02-2022 ore 11.30 ho visitato il negozio Tezenis al centro commerciale Campania insieme ad un'amica che era interessata a un articolo per suo figlio.
Cercava tra le taglie ma aveva bisogno di aiuto quando gentilmente ha chiesto a una delle tre commesse che erano lì se potessero aiutarla ma molto acidamente si sono guardate tra di loro con espressione annoiata e una di loro sbuffando ha risposto :" guarda è tutto lì "
Scortesi, scostumate, arroganti e acide invece di ringraziare Dio che lavorano si prendono il lusso di trattare così una cliente?
Sono state fortunate ad incontrare persone per bene e intelligenti che hanno preferito voltare le spalle e andar via invece di discutere con tre fallite.
Non ci metteremo mai più piede e avviseremo anche tutte le persone che conosciamo.
On 9-02-2022 at 11.30 I visited the Tezenis shop in the Campania shopping center with a friend who was interested in an article for her son.
She was looking through the sizes but needed help when she kindly asked one of the three shop assistants who were there if they could help her but very sourly they looked at each other with a bored expression and one of them snorted: "look it's all there"
Rude, rude, arrogant and sour instead of thanking God who work they take the luxury of treating a customer like that?
They were lucky enough to meet decent, intelligent people who preferred to turn their backs and walk away instead of arguing with three failures.
We will never set foot on it again and we will also notify all the people we know.

Le commesse ti snobbano, il negozio è strettissimo e la roba ammassata… non fai in tempo a vedere un qualcosa che devi far passare un altro cliente, una situazione che ti fa venir meno la voglia di acquistare
