★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato la dyson 2022 e avevo la possibilità di ricevere una demo direttamente in store su come utilizzarla, quindi mi sono recata lì e sono stata accolta veramente bene, il consulente Francesco è stato bravissimo, mi ha spiegato in maniera impeccabile tutti i vari utilizzi e inoltre si è reso subito disponibile se in futuro avessi necessità di un’ulteriore supporto.
Davvero gentile, grazie mille!

Consiglio caldamente alla Dyson (che tra l altro è un ottimo brand) di scegliere più accuratamente il personale. Io e il mio compagno dovevamo comprare un air wrap ,un aspirapolvere e il ventilatore, quindi una spesa non indifferente, ma siamo stati accolti dalla maleducazione del sedicente commesso ,e niente ce ne siamo andati . rewievs più che negativaia e anche sul sito americano da parte del mio compagno
Staff of a rudeness and incompetence to treat the customer, never seen before. I highly recommend Dyson (which is a very good brand by the way) to choose their staff more carefully. My partner and I had to buy an air wrap, a vacuum cleaner and a fan, so a considerable expense, but we were greeted by the rudeness of the self-styled salesman, and nothing left. rewievs more than negative and also on the American site by my partner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto competente. Ero venuta carica per comprare un prodotto che non sarebbe stato adattato ai miei capelli e grazie alla pazienza e alla bravura di Francesco sono riuscita a trovare il prodotto adatto a me.
The staff was very kind and very competent. I had come loaded to buy a product that would not have been adapted to my hair and thanks to Francesco's patience and skill I was able to find the right product for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata due giorni fa al Demo Store per provare i coni per l'Airwrap da 20 e acquistarli. Ad accogliermi ho trovato Francesco, disponibile e molto gentile che non solo mi ha permesso di fare la prova, ma mi ha dato anche dei consigli utilissimi.
Purtroppo non ho potuto effettuare l'acquisto a causa della mancanza della colorazione del prodotto da me desiderato, ma nonostante ciò Francesco ha continuato a dedicarmi tempo e premura.
I went two days ago to the Demo Store to try the 20 cones for the Airwrap and buy them. To welcome me I found Francesco, available and very kind who not only allowed me to do the test, but also gave me some very useful advice.
Unfortunately I could not make the purchase due to the lack of the color of the product I wanted, but despite this Francesco continued to devote time and care to me.
