★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signorina con tanti denti in bella vista, ma che non compongono un sorriso, potrebbe andare a zappare, per quanto ne sa di telefoni e di tariffe della Tre. C'è tanta gente che ha bisogno davvero di lavorare, sicuramente più motivata di lei. Tenere aperto così è peggio di chiudere.
The young lady with so many teeth in plain sight, but not making up a smile, could go digging, as far as she knows about Tre's telephones and tariffs. There are many people who really need to work, certainly more motivated than her. Keeping open like this is worse than closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta può capitare, due volte è sfortuna, alla terza esperienza negativa comincio a dubitare. Non hanno mai risolto uno dei problemi che ho posto, con scuse insostenibili e soluzioni tipo 'provi in un altro centro 3', o chiamare il 159 (quello l'avevo già fatto io!!!) che dimostrano l'approssimativa conoscenza del proprio lavoro.
Once it can happen, twice it is bad luck, at the third negative experience I begin to doubt. They never solved one of the problems I posed, with unsustainable excuses and solutions like 'try in another center 3', or call 159 (that I had already done !!!) that demonstrate the approximate knowledge of one's work.
