I had the great fortune to find at least this open church in via giulia. Lovely.

A Rectory Church today, home to a confraternity dedicated to giving dignified burial even to people with less means. Well preserved, it has a rear underground access to the old cemetery on the banks of the Tiber, destroyed by the construction of the embankments

Discovered by chance, the Church of Santa Maria del Suffragio, completed in 1669, was created for the Confraternity of Suffrage. Their main task is to pray for the souls of the dead. Precious façade, in particular the frescoes on the ceiling stand out. All in all, not transcendental.

Precious façade, in particular the frescoes on the ceiling stand out. All in all, not transcendental. The church certainly represents a pearl to be grasped in the very interesting walk on Via Giulia, a street that already represents an archetype of the Baroque. Its architecture was conceived by Carlo Rainaldi, one of the masters operating in the second half of the seventeenth century who was also the author of the altar greater. Commissioned by the Brotherhood of Suffrage, the fraternity of the prayers for suffering souls in purgatory. Inside, among other interesting paintings, the vault painted by Nicola Berrettoni, Giuseppe Chiari's side paintings. It is definitely worth a refreshing stop.
