O	Oldest Channel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia non rispetta gli orari di apertura. Al telefono mi hanno detto che avrebbero aperto alle 830 di mattina ed invece avevano cambiato l'orario per le 930 per il turno domenicale. Erano le 950 e il dottore non era ancora arrivato. Sul website c'era un altro orario. Sulla loro bacheca esterna avevano messo un orario scritto a penna. La commessa nella farmacia rispondeva freddamente alla nostra richiesta di poter effettuare il tampone all'orario stabilito. Dicendo oltretutto che ci eravamo inventati il fatto che al telefono ci avevano dato un orario diverso. Dovendo fare un tampone per partire, abbiamo rischiato di arrivare in ritardo. Siamo andati da un'altra parte in quanto il dottore non era ancora arrivato. Per aggiungere alla risposta del proprietario, il fatto e' accaduto di domenica 22 agosto. La farmacia non ha aperto alle 830 come detto al telefono e come riportava google search. E sulla bacheca esterna degli orari era stato appiccicato un pezzetto di carta dove veniva aggiunto che apriva alle 930 (sotto c'era l'originario orario delle 830). E comunque alle 950 il dottore ancora in farmacia non c'era mentre c'erano varie persone in fila per il tampone Pharmacy does not respect opening hours. On the phone they told me that they would open at 830 in the morning and instead they had changed the time to 930 for the Sunday shift. It was 950 and the doctor had not yet arrived. There was another time on the website. They had put a time in pen on their outside notice board. The saleswoman in the pharmacy coldly responded to our request to be able to swab at the appointed time. Also saying that we had made up the fact that on the phone we had been given a different time. Having to swab to leave, we risked arriving late. We went somewhere else as the doctor hadn't arrived yet. To add to the owner's reply, the incident happened on Sunday 22nd August. The pharmacy did not open at 830 as told on the phone and as reported by google search. And a piece of paper had been stuck on the external timetable showing that it opened at 930 (below was the original 830 time). And anyway at 950 the doctor was still not in the pharmacy while there were several people lined up for the swab

Al banco troverete due bradipi (due bradipesse anzi) la cui lentezza nel soddisfare le vostre richieste vi farà dimenticare il motivo per cui siete andati. La fila fissa fuori dalla farmacia a qualsiasi orario del giorno trova questa motivazione. Never go to this pharmacy if you are in immediate need of medication or a quick fix to your pain. At the counter you will find two sloths (two sloths indeed) whose slowness in meeting your requests will make you forget why you went. The fixed line outside the pharmacy at any time of the day finds this motivation.

I have never met a pharmacist so clear, kind, caring and helpful. Wonderful place. It is smaller and thus limited in its in store stock, but as is the way with any good farmacia in Italia, almost anything you would like can be ordered to arrive in a day or 2.

The results are emailed to you and you can get a paper copy too. The pharmacist is also super sweet and helpful about other things as well.
