Grazie all’assicurazione fatta in un precedente acquisto, sono riuscita ad avere gli stessi occhiali da vista,con lenti transitions e anti riflesso decisamente ad un prezzo favoloso la montatura è PRADA. Dopo qualche domanda di default e domande più specifiche in merito ai miei gusti ed esigenze, ha individuato subito i 2/3 modelli più adatti al mio viso. Scelto il paio di occhiali, ha provveduto subito a sanificare i modelli restanti da me provati. Una volta accompagnato in cassa e preso i miei nuovissimi occhiali, sono uscito contento e soddisfatto. m	michael s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop I have seen so far. Almost all glasses are +30% and more expensive compared to other stores. Return of bought classes even at the same day and not used not possible. Don’t buy there or check the prices in detail - else you pay much more than anywhere else.

I came back the next day to return them (with receipts and completely unopened, new), and was not allowed to do a return for a refund. That policy isn’t written anywhere in the shop. Just do yourself a favor and don’t deal with these people, and if you have to, buy only what you need. Customer service is awful, so your trip will be less stressful this way.

We got an exam for vision and it was a state of the art experience unlike anything ever received in the United States. Extremely thorough and precise. We purchased four frames and got the best lens on the market and the selection for colored lens was splendid. Many beautiful high quality frames and luxury brands were available. Glasses were shipped to the States prior to expected delivery date, about a week and a half later at no additional charge. Beautiful glasses with exact prescription. No acclimation required they were perfect.
