Alla riconsegna dello scooter come per incanto riescono a fare comparire qualche minimo danno di usura in modo da poter trattenete una bella fetta della cauzione. Dietro l’apparente disponibilità di offrire di tutto oltre che grandi sconti in realtà in questo noleggio si opera ai limiti della legalità e con preordinato inganno dall’inizio delle trattative fino alla fine della restituzione del bene noleggiato. Infatti, si parte dall’imposizione di polizze firmate per valori ben diversi da quelli concordati come nel caso specifico una franchigia ben più onerosa per il malcapitato consumatore di quella promessa nella trattativa. Ancora totale mancanza di trasparenza sulle modalità di determinazione dei danni con il preciso e peggiore obiettivo, al momento della riconsegna, della pretesa di tentare di estorcere il pagamento, esagerato del quadruplo, di danni mai procurati ma preesistenti dietro la minaccia di non restituire la caparra!!!...roba da chiamare ad horas le forze dell’ordine. Abbiamo preso uno scooter per 3 gg, €125 di noleggio e €400 di cauzione, in contanti. Nessun lucchetto, due caschi (il secondo pagato), nessuna copertura assicurativa, se fai danni paghi, se te lo rubano si prendono i €400 più altri €100. Ebbene, alla consegna guarda caso è spuntato un danno di cui nessuno si era accorto, un piccolo graffio alla plastica sulla pedana. Ci hanno estorto €150 sostenendo che le altre agenzie si prendono l'intera caparra. Pessima agenzia! È per gente come loro che il MIO sud ha una nomea di mariuolo! NEVER RENT BY THEM !!! Allora decisi a prendere un scooter 125 pagammo in contanti e caparra di 400€ e un totale di 125€ per tre giorni guardammo i vari danni. Ma ecco alla riconsegna apparire un danno non segnato ma certi non averlo causato noi. Con minaccia di tenersi la totale caparra cioè i 400€ scendemmo a patti di 150 per una semplice righina sul appoggia piedi posteriore sinistro. Cioè assurdo li si appoggino I piedi e probabilmente l'usara è assicurata. Pessima agenzia pessimo inganno pessimo servizio. Non consiglio a nessuno di affittare scooter o qualsiasi altra cosa.
