★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in to the Forum Hotel roof terrace for a drink with my fiancé and a few friends. The cocktails were lovely, and the atmosphere was really wonderful.
The prices were very high, but the location, the view, the design of the place, and the quality of the drinks justified the price tag, I think.
I would recommend this roof top bar to anyone visiting Rome, who appreciates a good view, and doesn't mind spending a bit more for the experience.

Nice location and friendly staff.
One cocktail was 17€, we got some snacks with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly beautiful view… romantic! The servers are classic old style adding charm to the setting. The bar upstairs is cozy and nice . It ends there and if we didn’t have to rate the food , I would give it 5/5 but the food alone was flat, not exciting AT ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, spectacular view, little variety of dishes, quite expensive 37 euro for most of dishes.the food don’t taste really good. Capers salad for 25 euro ??♀️. Presentation zero. We are only paying for the view. Service personnel was strange.I mean with this price you are really expecting Italian food with a better presentation. Everything was like 2 star hotel. Disappointed

The view is even better than the pictures you see online. It was one of the highlights of our trip. This will be the #1 restaurant I recommend to anyone coming to Rome. Thank you for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rino and his service staff were excellent. Attentive, polite, and accommodating. Helped pour our wine and water and whisked away dishes quickly when we finished. The view was nice and could see the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. The food is a bit pricey but honestly on par with the other Rome restaurants I've been too. So it's comparable and worth it to me. I recommend the ristorante.

The fine dining prices were not reflected in the presentation and quality of the main meal. The presentation lacked creativity and craft that you’d expect at these prices.
I was served leftover prawn heads and shells in my meal. They have bread out on every table before you arrive so it lost its freshness.
They like you to have a reservation but the restaurant will likely be half empty. The music is cheap and cheesy for an expensive restaurant.
The tiramisu is great, as was the wine. The waiters were very attentive and polite throughout.
