Nice views. Michelin signs are to how that the hotel is in the guidebook. There were 2 waitresses. A nice one & we got the grumpy one. Cover 2.5€/person. Water 2€ for a glass bottle (likely tap water) The food was OK. Made worse by the grumpy waitress. The parmesan cheese came out of a packet?

The best fish fritura, crispy and delicious. The vongole and pesto pasta was also lovely. I don't understand why they only have a 3.5 score.

A lot of people seem too misunderstand the difference between Michelin listed and having a Michelin star. The restaurant doesn't pretend to have a Michelin star, it just has a plaque that references they were in the guide back on 2018. Not uncommon for restaurants to put that up and still signals the food is noteworthy. We had the clam pesto pasta and it was absolutely delicious. Reasonably priced as well, so it's an excellent recommendation for a seafood dinner in Manarola.

One of the best pastas I had and I've been in Italy a lot. Dessert and wine were delicious too. Waitresses were kind and the spot has a great view. Also very good price and quality on a tourist hotspot

I agree with many of the reviews here. The food is good, the atmosphere is average, the service decent. I recommend it as a spot in Manarola, but don’t eat there simply to experience “Michelin excellence”

Food was delicious. Would recommend for the food!! However, the service was not on par. For a place that hangs a 2018 Michelin Star sign on their door, I was surprised that the wait staff seemed impatient for us to leave and wore t-shirts and sweats. I can understand why they haven’t been able to get their star back.

The dishes and the ambience was pleasant. We were satisfied with the taste of everything we’ve tried: tagliatelle with pestò dish , fresh anchovies, “antipasto della casa “plate , the tuna tartare, fritto misto.

This review is for dinner service. Just a note - other reviewers criticize this based on its Michelin status, but to remind, they have a Michelin guide recommendation, not a star, so they are acclaimed for their food. And yes, their food is excellent. Proteins are fresh, very well seasoned and balanced with a sweet vinaigrette, tangerines, tomatoes, and veges. Beautifully done and enjoyed. Some of the service staff, as pointed out by other reviewers, are a little aloof. No surprises there as I’ve scanned through the reviews. So overall, the experience was a 4. Tips -book early for a good sunset view -expect to spend ~15 euros per main
