★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato all'appartamento baluardo su due livelli. Ottima posizione (a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione). Ideale per due coppie (due camere e due bagni anche se solo uno con la doccia). Cucina fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari, frigo, freezer e ferro da stiro. Bagni nuovi e puliti.
We stayed at the duplex bulwark apartment. Excellent location (a stone's throw from the center and the station). Ideal for two couples (two bedrooms and two bathrooms, even if only one with a shower). Kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, fridge, freezer and iron. New and clean bathrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hot water the morning I left and staff charged me €30 to my credit card after I left for a toilet seat that was already broken. I tried calling the office number when I noticed but they were closed and I didn't feel it warranted a call to the "emergency phone number". Just beware they are sort of shady

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a paragliding flight over 5 Terre for June and received the automatic confirmation email saying that the meeting point was at Monterosso (part of the 5 Terre). However, during summer we can not fly over 5 Terre for safety reasons. Therefore ignore this automatic email for summer because your flight will take place in Toscany far away from 5 Terre!! I did not know that until the day before when the pilot contacted me. Therefore going far away from 5 Terre was not at all part of my holidays plans!! Fortunately Arbaspaa was very professional (thanks again Martina F.) and arranged sth else to replace the paragliding activity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on the Azure Day sailing trip from La Spezia. Outstanding. They were responsive and accommodating with booking. I called the day before. The Captain was fantastic. The lunch, Prosecco, beer, water, swimming were outstanding. The boat is nice and spacious and clean. The views of the Cinque Terre are amazing. The group got along great and had so much fun together. Can't say enough good things about it. So glad I found it and did it. Highly recommend. The best thing I've done in Cinque Terre hands down. Photo chilling with our awesome Capitano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beautiful apartment we rented in Manarola was booked through Arbaspaa. The people in their office were very friendly and welcoming. It was so easy to book in, get the keys and have help with suitcases to our apartment. They gave us great directions to their office. They were helpful later regarding our day trip to Florence and upon checking out.
We would recommend using this company for rentals and the tours they offer. The staff were very competent and helpful.
