★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la seconda volta che torniamo in questa casa vicinissima al mare, che per la Liguria non è affatto scontato. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort per rendere il soggiorno piacevole qualunque la durata della vacanza. La proprietaria Sara è gentilissima, ha viaggiato molto e sa essere empatica con i suoi ospiti. Esperienza molto positiva!
It is the second time that we return to this house very close to the sea, which for Liguria is not at all obvious. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay enjoyable whatever the duration of the holiday. The owner Sara is very kind, she has traveled a lot and knows how to be empathetic with her guests. Very positive experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento comodo e accogliente, al primo piano senza ascensore di un edificio posto nel vicolo del centro storico più vicino al mare (totali 2minuti a piedi per raggiungere la prima spiaggia). Punto di forza è, oltre alla disponibilità e gentilezza della Signora Sara, il parcheggio privato che essendo situato sul retro del palazzo, presenta alcuni gradini da superare a piedi. Ottima soluzione per una famiglia: l'accesso all'unico bagno all'interno della camera matrimoniale, lo rende un po' più scomodo per una coppia di amici in vacanza limitando un po' la privacy!
Sono già 2 estati che scegliamo questa casa e quest'anno abbiamo trovato anche un comodo balconcino per stendere e fumare, nuovo di zecca!
Comfortable and cozy apartment, on the first floor without elevator of a building located in the alley of the historical center closest to the sea (total 2 minutes walk to reach the first beach). The strength is, in addition to the availability and kindness of Mrs. Sara, the private parking which, being located at the back of the building, has some steps to be overcome on foot. Excellent solution for a family: access to the only bathroom inside the master bedroom makes it a little more uncomfortable for a couple of friends on vacation, limiting privacy a bit!
It's already 2 summers that we choose this house and this year we also found a comfortable balcony to hang out and smoke, brand new!

La posizione è veramente ottima: proprio nel centro vivo di San Terenzo e a due passi dal mare. Inoltre il parcheggio privato a due passi dall'appartamento è stato molto molto apprezzato. L'appartamento è molto ampio, ben tenuto e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, compreso un divano letto aggiuntivo. Speriamo di poter contare su di voi in futuro perchè ripeteremmo volentieri l'esperienza. Grazie, Vera.
Great experience! The owner Alessandra was warm in welcoming me and my friend at the beginning of the stay and she was very kind and very helpful also for the payment. The location is really great: right in the lively center of San Terenzo and a stone's throw from the sea. In addition, the private parking just a stone's throw from the apartment was very much appreciated. The apartment is very large, well maintained and equipped with all the necessary facilities, including an additional sofa bed.
