★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried many of the restaurants East of the tower and found none better than here. Consistently extremely good, I have dined here almost every day for a week and a half. Order anything, I have, it's all delicious and prepared quickly. If you're worried about finding a table, don't worry, there is usually plenty of space available inside and out. The staff speaks English and is very friendly. I don't know why more people don't eat here. It's a hidden gem.
My favorites include the tagliata con pepe rosa or con rucola, the testaroli al pesto, and formaggi misti (mixed cheeses).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Great" business model. Serve awful food so people "flee" your restaurant without even finishing their meal, so you get new customers all the time. And then charge them a service/table fee. DO NOT COME HERE just because it is very close to the Leaning Tower. €10 for a type of dry yet greasy Margherita pizza with cold cheese bits that -I suppose- should be heated by the heat of the pizza itself. €3 for a 1L bottle of "stale" water. And finally, a €5 service fee for 2 people (38% of what we actually ordered). You can see the photo, and wonder how even two really-hungry-from-sightseeing tourists would leave without finishing their meals. I just hope the leftovers are given to shelter pets or some other living beings that may need it and not thrown into the trash. At least that way this food can be salvaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food. They have a broad menu with mostly dishes you'll expect to find, very well made. Especially pizza!
But also high quality burgers, beef, and ham specialities from a local breed of pig, great as starter!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We eat here every night in late October the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful advising us on the food and wine we did try another restaurant at lunch time but was not impressed so we came back here every night. The Pasta dishes are out of this world and the steak is worth the flight from England on its own Can not praise the staff and the food enough,
I Don’t know where these people were eating that gave this place a bad review it Definitely was not here.

Very small portions.
Carbonara tastes like raw eggs.
Steak is tasteless and cold.
The only good thing was the fries honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, had the ravioli with truffle and tagliata (grilled T-bone steak) and some very good glasses of Chianti ❤️ it’s located right next to the tower, but it’s not touristy at all, many locals eat here as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice, the food is clearly for tourists... not very good, the pasta al ragu was not good, the tagliata too, and expensive for what they give you... Only the bruschetta was good. Plus, you pay 2.50e for the services, and the surprise is at the end, 15% majoration on the final bill (7euros), just for that you shouldnt go to this place there are better restaurant in the center, and way cheaper... DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE.
