β β β β β 10 minutes walking from Rho train station, you can go on foot and public transportation if you live in Milano. If you want to go by car there are enough space to park inside and pick your package.

Pure contact with costumer service. Courier did not call. Package was late 4days. Problem to locate package. Absolutely the worst experience Iβve ever had with delivery company.

β β β β β GLS is the worst delivery service in Milan.
They are slow. They never deliver, while claiming they tried. They never update you by sending an e-mail or sms. They never call you when they "try" to deliver. Their system and website is old. You can't change your delivery address by simply changing it in the website or changing it into a pick-up point. When you call them to ask where is your package, they say it is in the GLS center, which is usually outside of a city. When you ask them to change it into closely located pick-up point they say it is not possible.
Update your old workflow and website!!! It is a shame.
