Ho svolto un corso da toelettatore professionalizzante tenuto da Ivan ancora tempo fa e mi rifornisco tuttora da loro per il cibo dei miei cani. L'esperienza nel campo toelettatura/allevamento/alimentazione/educazione è fondamentale, e Ivan e Monica ce l'hanno. Conosco pochissime persone che sappiano gestire cani e gatti, anche difficili, come Ivan. Non posso che parlarne bene e consiglio non solo il servizio di toelettatura, ma anche la parte di mangime, essendo lui specializzato in nutrizione. Se si vuole comprare il mangime a pochi centesimi, questo non è il posto. Se si vuole un servizio pre e post vendita e consigli mirati, questo è il posto giusto. Ivan and Monica are two very helpful and professional people. I took a professionalizing grooming course held by Ivan some time ago and I still get supplies from them for my dogs' food. Experience in the field of grooming / breeding / nutrition / education is fundamental, and Ivan and Monica have it. I know very few people who can handle dogs and cats, even difficult ones, like Ivan. I can only speak well of it and I recommend not only the grooming service, but also the feed part, as he specializes in nutrition. If you want to buy food for pennies, this is not the place. If you want a pre and post sales service and targeted advice, this is the right place.

Posso solo dire che non ho mai trovato nessuno di più competente, affidabile e soprattutto amante VERAMENTE degli animali, (diciamo che ormai il veterinario non lo uso quasi più). Ho sempre consigliato di rivolgersi a lui a chiunque, amici e parenti e tutti mi hanno sempre ringraziato. Per ultimo, ho portato oggi 12/08/2020 il cane della mia ragazza a lavare per la prima volta, in quanto il mio ha il pelo corto e non ho mai avuto necessità del servizio di lavaggio e toelettaura, ma devo dire che ancora una volta mi devo ricredere. Nonostante abbia chiamato poche ore prima e il tempo per fargli il lavoro richiesto era poco, sono stati in grado di fare un servizio eccellente ad un prezzo più che corretto. Complimenti ancora e grazie sempre di cuore. I have known Ivan and Monica for a long time and for 4 years they have been my reference point for my dog's nutrition, behavior and health. I can only say that I have never found anyone more competent, reliable and above all REALLY lover of animals (let's say that by now the vet hardly uses it anymore). I have always advised anyone, friends and relatives to contact him and everyone has always thanked me. Lastly, I took my girlfriend's dog to wash for the first time today, 12/08/2020, as mine has short hair and I have never needed the washing and grooming service, but I must say that one more time I have to change my mind. Although they called a few hours before and the time to do the required work was short, they were able to do excellent service at a more than fair price.
