Toilettatura sul mio cane davvero pessima che ci è poi costata di sudore e timore del cane che non ne voleva più sapere... Sarebbe bastato dire che non si aveva voglia/tempo/competenza. In risposta all'acume del proprietario: Le sembra che io abbia indicato il periodo o la data in cui le ho affidato il mio cane? Ma se proprio lo vuole sapere era a Maggio 2021... Ho dovuto aspettare il commesso più di 20min e quando finalmente ha potuto servirmi sembrava scocciato. Ho fatto 1000 domande su come tenere la tartaruga acquatica e chiesto consigli. Mi ha detto solo di darle gamberetti secchi 1 volta al giorno e mi ha venduto la vaschetta dicendomi di mettere un filo d’acqua. Ho chiesto di che razza era la tartaruga e non ha saputo dirmelo! Tornata a casa mi sono informata e ho scoperto che la specie della mia tartaruga ama nuotare ed avere in vicinanza acqua scorrevole, quindi la vaschetta che mi ha dato non va bene! Inoltre predilige cibo fresco ed è meglio anche a livello nutrizionale fornirgli proteine e vitamine. Ora sto aspettando che mi arrivi tutto il necessario per creare un ambiente più adatto e nel frattempo si è chiusa nel guscio (credo in letargo). Oltre a vendere i prodotti (cibo, giochi, collari...) per i cani e i gatti ha diversi prodotti anche per i volatili, i roditori e i pesci. Inoltre dispone di un locale apposta per la tolettatura del proprio amico a quattro zampe. Io posso dire che mi sono trovato molto bene con loro, il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile. È disponibile anche un piccolo parcheggio per i clienti. The shop has practically everything you need for the care and enjoyment of your pet. Non sono il primo cliente a farlo notare in queste recensioni e ho visto che il titolare ha risposto che non essendo loro una grande catena non hanno modo di calmierare i prezzi. Potrei anche condividere questo punto di vista e soprassedere sulla questione economica se l'atmosfera del negozio fosse più calda invece i lavoranti sono tutti freddi, asettici, per nulla empatici con i clienti o men che meno disponibili. Non ho mai portato un gatto in pensione da loro ma la parte ospitalità è aperta al pubblico e quanto si vede sono gabbie molto pulite ma molto piccole (per questo motivo i gatti ospiti hanno sempre un'espressione molto triste e depressa). In questo negozio mi ci recavo ogni tanto a comprare qualche articolo per i miei gatti quando proprio non potevo farne a meno ma ora ho trovato un punto vendita altrettanto fornito ma con personale completamente diverso e cosi, a costo di fare più strada, riesco ad evitare di andarci. Mi dispiace essere cosi dura nei confronti di un esercizio commerciale, il lavoro merita sempre rispetto ma evidentemente questi signori non hanno bisogno di essere cortesi con la loro clientela . Un solo consiglio da persona che possiede animali da tutta la vita: per lavorare con gli animali e con i padroni degli animali oggi giorno serve sicuramente molta più sensibilità e disponibilità, qualità del tutto assenti in questo punto vendita ma non impossibili da trovare. In this shop I used to go there every now and then to buy some items for my cats when I just couldn't do without them but now I have found an equally well-stocked point of sale but with completely different staff and so, at the cost of going further, I can avoid to go there. I'm sorry to be so hard on a business, work always deserves respect but obviously these gentlemen don't need to be courteous to their customers. Just one piece of advice from a person who has owned animals all his life: to work with animals and with animal owners today, you certainly need much more sensitivity and availability, qualities that are completely absent in this store but not impossible to find.
