Oggi ho portato per la prima volta i miei due cani da FIDO SHOP, posso sicuramente ringraziare Maria per l’assistenza e la gentilezza che ha avuto per i miei cani, per lei voto 10. Ma non mi è piaciuto assistere alla toelettatura di una barboncina dolcissima di nome Tokyo, NON HO GRADITO LA SCULACCIATA (per fortuna contenuta, almeno in mia presenza) da parte della titolare Monica solo perché la cagnolina sembrava irrequieta, penso sia comprensibile essendo la prima volta, a detta delle due Signore, che veniva portata lì. Inoltre NON HO GRADITO IL MODO IN CUI LE TENEVA IL MUSO SERRATO E COME LA AFFERRAVA per asciugarla, NON MI È PIACIUTO VEDERE COME PERDEVA LA PAZIENZA lamentandosi della cagnolina se piangeva o a tratti non stata ferma. NON HO GRADITO NEANCHE IL MODO IN CUI LE SPAZZOLAVA IL MUSO, a detta sua la cagnolina aveva molti nodi e a maggior ragione a parer mio avrebbe potuto avere maggior accortezza con il pettine, soprattutto se ci si lamenta che il cane è agitato. Obiettivamente i cani escono dal negozio con un pelo impeccabile ma se devono vivere momenti di forte stress e paura perché capitati in mani di persone evidentemente stanche preferisco lavarli da me! Questo è il motivo per cui non tornerò in questo negozio e VI CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI ASSISTERE IL VOSTRO CANE SE TANTO AMATO. Costo bagno per due cani taglia media €60,00 - salviette €2,00 - spazzola €8,00. TIP: To always assist your four-legged friends when they have to bathe. Today I brought my two dogs from FIDO SHOP for the first time, I can certainly thank Maria for the assistance and kindness she had for my dogs, for her vote 10. But I did not like to attend the grooming of a poodle very sweet named Tokyo, I DID NOT LIKE THE SPankING (fortunately contained, at least in my presence) by the owner Monica only because the dog seemed restless, I think it is understandable being the first time, according to the two ladies, that was brought there . Furthermore, I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY THE MUCH KEEPED HER NOSE AND HOW HE GOT IT TO DRY IT. I DID NOT EVEN LIKE THE WAY THE NOSE BRUSHED HER, according to him the dog had many knots and more so in my opinion it could have been more careful with the comb, especially if you complain that the dog is agitated. Objectively, the dogs leave the shop with impeccable hair but if they have to live moments of strong stress and fear because they have come into the hands of obviously tired people I prefer to wash them by myself! This is why I will not be returning to this shop and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO ASSIST YOUR DOG IF YOU ARE SO LOVED. Cost of bath for two medium-sized dogs € 60.00 - wipes € 2.00 - brush € 8.00.
S	Silvia Padiglioni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia cagnolina ha fare la pulizia dei denti senza anestesia, lei non ha patologie parodontiche , e devo dire ottimo lavoro! Ha tolto tutto il tartaro molto bene anche nei denti posteriori. I brought my dog to have her teeth cleaned without anesthesia, she has no periodontic pathologies, and I must say great job! It removed all the tartar very well even in the back teeth.

Hanno toelettato senza alcun problema il mio cane, appena uscito dal canile, spaventato da qualunque cosa. Oggi abbiamo anche fatto una detartrasi ad ultrasuoni senza anestesia, della quale non ero molto fiduciosa perché il veterinario ci aveva detto non essere risolutiva, avendo poi un cane cosí spaventato e non trattabile sarebbe stato impossibile: beh il veterinario si sbagliava. Il mio cane ha i denti pulitissimi, e non voleva piú uscire dal negozio. Si é fatto accarezzare piú e piú volte dalle ragazze, prova piú che sufficiente che non é stato maltrattato o si é trovato male con loro. BRAVE, siamo veramente felici di avervi scelto, a presto! Today we also did an ultrasound scaling without anesthesia, of which I was not very confident because the vet told us not to be decisive, then having a dog so scared and untreatable would have been impossible: well the vet was wrong. My dog has spotless teeth, and he didn't want to leave the shop anymore. He let the girls caress him over and over again, proving more than enough that he wasn't mistreated or felt bad with them.
