I have sent 8 emails in italian and english and the customer service responds only with automatic emails, they won´t help me. Telefonnumber from Germany doesnt work. Please send my package back to Berlin, I dont know what to do. Why is the service so bad in Italy comparing to others countries?????!!!!CY460604804DE. Please help me.

For 3 times the delivery was not done with the FAKE reason that the address is not correct and incomplete. Actually the address provided and checked with the sender IS CORRECT and COMPLETE.
Bad and unqualifiable delivery service.
It is impossible to speak with an operator and the phone numbers provided are not in service any more.
If you write to the customer service via email (via website form) they just answer stating the "problem" you already know but almost no solution is provided, just to contact the sender.
Everything is charged to the receiver and sender, that should know each other. For the hell, why the receiver MUST know who is the sender and must contact the sender to Release the Shipment?!?
***** NEVER USE "SDA-POSTE ITALIANE" FOR ANY KIND OF SHIPPMENT!!! *****

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse in the shipment. Nobody knows where is it, it says my parcel is delivered to them, but no more information is available. So disappointing, they should not call themselves "POST" office, they are more "LOST" office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite initial fear by reading all the negative reviews in here, parcels were delivered within 3 working days since the beginning of the processing in the operations center in Vimodrone, which in Covid times seems to be a kind of miracle.
Let me tell one thing before falling again into silence: I believe in the guys there. They are not acting mischievously against the customers. What needs to be addressed and spoken out loud, is the way SDA and the cooperatives manage them and their work. This is an ongoing problem in many sectors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimismo. Package has been delivered, but not to me but totheir Hub Vimodrone SDA, unable to contact them too. I ordered from the US and this is how I get. I paid too much, local courier did not even try to contact me, and just went on saying I have insufficient or incomplete address.
