★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Сегодня пришла в магазин и хотела купить себе что то. Продавец сказала что нельзя смотреть пробники. Ок! Я беру товар и хотела расплатиться. Подбегает продавец выхватывает с рук и говорит что товар тоже нельзя в руки брать. Я развернулась ушла. Поехала в Carosello и купила всё что надо было без проблем. Больше в aushan не поеду в kiko. За мои же деньги смотреть на хамство продавца.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volendo regalare una befana speciale a moglie e figlia, mi sono recato in questo negozio per acquistare un po di prodotti da mettere nelle calze. Alla cassa, delle tre commesse nessuna mi saluta, una sta eseguendo un pagamento a una Cliente, le altre due parlottano tra loro. Intanto dietro arrivano altre signore che necessitano assistenza. Le due commesse libere aprono la porta del retro e parlano con una collega all'interno. Quindi: 1 commessa impegnata, 3 commesse cazzeggiano, 5 Clienti in attesa. La commessa alla cassa termina l' operazione di cassa, esce dalla postazione, mi passa davanti, non mi degna di uno sguardo e si dirige verso una signora dietro di me, la prende sottobraccio e la porta in altra area del negozio presentando dei prodotti. Mi giro e incrocio lo sguardo delle altre signore in attesa, le quali tutte restano stupite del comportamento delle commesse. HO DATO UNA STELLA PERCHÉ ZERO NON È POSSIBILE. Non giudico i prodotti, ma il personale: maleducato, inadeguato, scortese e probabilmente anche impreparato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è una ragazza in particolare che è sempre antipatica e indisponente. L'ho già segnalata alla responsabile ed è sempre lì. Ogni volta che c'è lei io non entro. Inoltre se devo dire la verità i prodotti costano poco ma sono veramente scadenti. Possono andare bene tutta al più per le ragazzine quindicenni. Inoltre tra tutti i negozi del centro commerciale è l'unico che prima di entrare chiede ancora il green pass, malgrado sappiamo tutti che non serve a niente e per di più fra un paio di giorni verrà sospeso. Comunque quella ragazza antipatica, piccola e pure brutta dovrebbe essere licenziata per come si comporta!!! Sconsiglio vivamente il negozio kiko è una marca di bassa qualità e con personale inadeguato....
