La responsabile di negozio ha delle unghie lunghissime per niente igieniche per il lavoro con il pubblico. In più si rivolge alla clientela con un linguaggio da milanese imbruttito. Avevo bisogno di sistemare un braccialetto il cui filo cerato era da cambiare. Mi ha proposto un loro prodotto che ha personalmente modificato e che il giorno dopo si è rotto. Tornata in negozio a reclamare mi sono sentita dare della bugiarda in quanto secondo lei avevo ulteriormente manomesso il bracciale Rude and not at all customer oriented staff. Mi è stato detto che avevano sbagliato a calcolare lo sconto e avrei dovuto aggiungere 13 euro. Al mio rifiuto di ritirare la merce e al mio diritto di recesso ho preteso il rimborso in denaro(che loro avevano già incassato). La “responsabile” dice che avrei dovuto mandare una mail (io)perché non esiste un numero di telefono dove poteva rivolgersi, assurdo! Ho minacciato di chiamare i carabinieri e dopo 10 minuti mi hanno mi hanno restituito i soldi . Comportamento della responsabile molto maleducato, sconsiglio vivamente! Professionalità ZERO! Incompetent! I bought goods in advance for 84euro which I went to collect a week later because a bracelet they had to order was missing. P.s. a volte un po' di "savoir faire" basterebbe per risolvere piccoli imprevisti.
