Sabato pomeriggio sono entrata "disperata" in negozio, perchè avevo rotto i miei occhiali da vista ed una ragazza del personale (ho dimenticato di chiederle il nome: Ahimè!) è stata SUPERGENTILE E COMPETENTE, perchè non solo ha individuato il problema, ma me l'ha pure messo a posto. In un'altro negozio, sempre del centro, mi avevano detto che non potevo farci nulla e avrei dovuto spendere una cifra assurda ed esorbitante. La serietà e la buona volontà, ripagano sempre ed sarà sicuramente una positivissima pubblicità! Grazie Staff: kind, willing, competent and ready to help in every way !!! Nel complesso senza infamia e senza lode. Se cercate prodotti durevoli e di qualità andate altrove. NB.. prezzo alto non significa qualità alta e prezzo basso non significa automaticamente qualità bassa. Many products cost little but are worth very little, after 2 years of guarantees they begin to ruin. As in all shops they try to trim you more products and services than what you look at or more expensive than the offer on duty. All in all without infamy and without praise. Grazie a lei riesco a trovare la montatura che fa per me e mi da consigli per gli occhiali antiriflesso, e inoltre ottengo anche la possibilità di fare la visita con l'oculista gratuita.
