Dico solo che spesso e volentieri viene confuso quello che è il rispetto delle regole con la maleducazione. È capitato che giada fosse costretta a dire “no” a clienti che si presentavano da lei con montature scadenti prese in altri negozi con la pretesa che facesse miracoli montando lenti sue, su queste montature precarie. Inutile dire che se dall’alto arrivano regole ben precise è compito del bravo responsabile di negozio farle rispettare e rispettarle. Detto ciò, visto la grande professionalità con cui lavora, porterò sicuramente altri clienti da lei. For me Giada is like a sister so I could not do anything but talk about it well. Dedicano tutto il tempo necessario a dare spiegazioni e a consigliare sulla scelta di lenti e occhiali senza fretta. Fino a quando mia moglie ha rifatto i suoi occhiali e io stavo per andare a rifare i miei. Purtroppo con la nuova montatura e le nuove lenti mia moglie lamentava problemi di visione. Tornata in negozio, si è sentita dare una spiegazione che non stava in piedi per chi ha conoscenza del settore. Considerato che l'atteggiamento non ammetteva repliche, non ci è rimasto che andare da un ottico concorrente, che ha capito subito la causa del problema (errore di centratura) e lo ha risolto adattando le lenti ad una nuova montatura. A seguito delle nostre rimostranze siamo stati contattati dal titolare, persona d'altri tempi in quanto a cortesia e professionalità. A seguito di questo chiarimento e dopo esserci chiariti anche con la store manager del negozio di via Olgettina, siamo tornati ad essere loro clienti. I was very upset.
