★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you come in at emergency, it does not feel impressive. Here it is buzzy. Their are large number of people comming in all the time. Here the critical cases are identified. If you do not have a critical case, you can wait for many hours and hince only give 2 stars. But if you do, then this must be one the best. I talk from personal experience . I would have died in many other hospitals. Here are real dockters, who dig deep into your case, by proper test , with the latest equipment and techniques.. You can only appriciate this, if you also had bad dokters.

What is the difference between this brutal examination pushing an ultrasound inside me in one second as if it was heavy s***x making me scream in pain ... and being ra***ed?? (The doc was a man by the way.)
A real disgrace for Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical experience of my life, and I have had to seek medical treatment in some of the most ill-equipped facilities in the world.
Very difficult to navigate the humongous structure, was shouted at by an attendant when asking for directions, then treated like I was somehow cognitively impaired by a doctor, once again when asking for directions.
Medical staff had no bedside manner. Felt treated like a piece of meat, no compassion, very little explanation of what the procedure (my very first MRI) would entail.
For a private hospital that purports to be one of the best in the country, and certainly the best in Milan - I hope never to be back. And what’s worse is that I cannot fathom how anyone that visits for anything more than a routine exam is not left feeling disrespected, belittled and abandoned - and frankly, terrified. Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go there unless you really don’t have any other choice! Especially if you’re foreigners. Very bad experience. Waisted almost 27 hours in the emergency room waiting untreated, then was released (after a very long wait) with a recommendation to get a treatment in a different hospital. Even the release letter was impossible to get from them. If I would just read Google reviews and choose a different hospital things could end way better. The staff was very young (maybe too young) and nice most of the time. The facilities and cleanliness is not so bad, for a hospital, but at the bottom line this hospital can’t provide a proper treatment. Very disappointing.
