My mother stayed for nine years in this structure, where she found herself very well from every point of view: brightness of the rooms, spacious and well furnished, kind and helpful staff, excellent nursing and medical assistance, numerous recreational initiatives.

Volevo ringraziare tutto lo staff medico e tutte le persone che ogni giorno collaborano per le necessità dell'ospite. Un grazie speciale va all'accoglienza, dove siamo stati seguiti con professionalità gentilezza e disponibilità. Un grazie di cuore alle animatrici che anche in tempo di covid promuovono attività di animazione e socializzazione. Ricordando con nostalgia le famose feste tra canti e balli in allegria consiglio vivamente questa struttura dove nn sembra una casa di riposo ma una grande famiglia! We relied on the R. S. A Ambrosiana some time ago for a family member. I wanted to thank all the medical staff and all the people who collaborate every day for the guest's needs. A special thanks goes to the welcome, where we were followed with professionalism, kindness and availability. A heartfelt thanks to the animators who, even in covid time, promote animation and socialization activities. Remembering with nostalgia the famous parties between songs and dances in joy I highly recommend this structure where it does not look like a retirement home but a big family!
A	Anna Pertini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parente ricoverato nella struttura, ha subito un trattamento non congruo alla sua situazione di salute; personale poco competente e poco disponibile alla richieste dei parenti, tutti no e pochissimi sì. Alla richiesta di informazioni nessuno era chiaro. Posso concludere dicendo che la mia esperienza è stata pessima, e mi fermo qui. L’ultimo tratto della sua vita l’ha trascorso presso la Vostra struttura, dove, durante la sua permanenza ha trovato una assistenza a misura d’uomo, spazi adeguati e servizi efficienti che hanno reso il suo soggiorno lontano dai suoi cari confortevole e umano. L’UMANITA’ è la caratteristica che più di tutto l’intera famiglia ha apprezzato e che tutto il personale della Residenza Ambrosiana ha espresso ogni giorno nello svolgere la propria funzione di assistenza. Di Voi tutti abbiamo sempre apprezzato l’estrema disponibilità, amorevolezza, professionalità e attenzione non solo nei confronti di nostra madre , ma anche la grande comprensione nei nostri confronti e del nostro dolore. Noi tutti ora vi ringraziamo per tutto ciò che avete fatto e per quanto vi siete adoperati per rendere l’ultimo tratto di vita della nostra mamma il più dolce possibile. Tutto il personale nelle differenti mansioni ha supportato lei e pazientemente me , avendo attenzioni su tutto. La parte sanitaria ha agito subito con la mamma ,risolvendo sempre i problemi di malessere. Ringrazio tutti per garantire serenità e benessere a me e alla mamma. Sin da subito ci ha dimostrato ospitalità, cordialità e soprattutto professionalità. La comunicazione é stata sempre tempestiva e chiara. Il periodo di permanenza é stato anche rallegrato dalle feste organizzate dalla struttura che hanno reso gradevole il soggiorno.
