Abbiamo ricoverato mia madre perché bisognosa di fisioterapia e abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte perché la praticassero, cosa che comunque è avvenuta saltuariamente. Durante la degenza ha contratto una grave onimicosi alle unghie delle mani che non le è stata curata e le sono stati rubati oggetti personali tra cui le fedi nuziali sua e di mio padre, mai ritrovate nonostante l'intervento della Polizia. Ospiti parcheggiati nei corridoi e nella sala comune abbandonati a loro stessi tanto è vero che della morte di mia madre si sono accorti solamente quando sono andati a "ritirarla" per portarla nella sala da pranzo. Per ottenere il certificato di morte abbiamo dovuto minacciare di chiamare le Forze dell'Ordine perché pretendevano che ci servissimo dell'agenzia di onoranze funebri scelta da loro. Guests parked in the corridors and in the common room abandoned to themselves, so much so that my mother's death they only noticed when they went to "pick her up" to take her to the dining room. To obtain the death certificate, we had to threaten to call the police because they demanded that we use the funeral agency chosen by them.

Personale sgarbato ad eccezione di pochi. Sconsiglio vivamente. Bad experience, with my father at the last stage of Alzheimer's. Little care and attention to the patient regarding personal hygiene. Rude staff except for a few. I strongly advise against.
