Am so disappointed with the service you offered to me, my little patronage towards your company makes your company go forward.
You can't make me pass a full day at home abandoning my job, just for a joke.
To your entire Management (BRT ITALIA), don't take the patronage of your clients for a joke. This kind of disservice isn't what I paid for.
