Ero già in riserva ed ho chiesto un invio il più sollecito possibile. il pacco è stato affidato ad Arco ieri e, questa mattina, ho telefonato a questa ditta di spedizioni per sapere quando sarebbe arrivato. Una signora molto gentile mi ha rintracciato il pacco che era ancora in transito, suggerendomi di richiamare nel pomeriggio. Dopo un paio di ore, un impiegato della stessa azienda di spedizioni mi ha chiamato di sua iniziativa per avvisarmi che il pacco era arrivato e che me lo avrebbero recapitato domani mattina. Siccome avevo urgenza ho chiesto se fosse possibile ritirarlo personalmente subito. Mi hanno risposto positivamente ed ho quindi potuto ritirare il mio pacco, in pochi minuti. Mi complimento per la sollecitudine, la gentilezza e soprattutto per l' attenzione che il personale tutto ha dato alla mia richiesta, effettivamente dettata da una urgenza che io stessa avevo sottovalutato, avendo calcolato male le riserve della pappa del mio cane, col pancino sensibile, e quindi impossibilitato alle pappe più comuni. A very nice lady tracked me down the package that was still in transit, suggesting that I call back in the afternoon. After a couple of hours, an employee of the same shipping company called me on his own initiative to notify me that the package had arrived and that it would be delivered to me tomorrow morning. Since I was urgent, I asked if it was possible to collect it personally immediately. They replied positively and I was able to collect my package in a few minutes. I congratulate you for the solicitude, kindness and above all for the attention that the staff gave everything to my request, actually dictated by an urgency that I myself had underestimated, having miscalculated the reserves of my dog's food, with a sensitive tummy, and therefore unable to make the most common meals.
