★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non credo di aver mai visto un esercizio commerciale di questa tipologia che raggruppi serietà, efficienza, professionalità e attenzione alla clientela come questo posto. Sono stati in grado di risolvere un problema di particolare gravosità che le decine e decine di chiamate al Call Center i vari operatori, di volta in volta diversi (e di ogni nazionalità), non erano riusciti a risolvere.
Sicuramente tornerò da loro per qualsiasi altra esigenza.
Consigliatissimo a chiunque.
 I don't think I've ever seen a business of this type that brings together seriousness, efficiency, professionalism and attention to customers like this place. They were able to solve a particularly serious problem that the dozens and dozens of calls to the Call Center the various operators, different from time to time (and of every nationality), had not been able to solve.
I will definitely come back to them for any other needs.
Highly recommended to anyone.

La commessa Elisa (leggo sullo scontrino) è stata impeccabile e molto professionale. Ci siamo complimentati con lei per come ci ha assistiti pur non essendo suoi clienti diretti e per i consigli che ci ha dato anche per rimediare alle inefficienze causate dal pressappochismo della vendita telefonica.. che sarà l'ultima della mia vita.
È stata Molto più efficiente del 155 senza alcun dubbio!
I was for the first time and only to collect a sim included in the package sold (and badly!) By phone.
The saleswoman Elisa (I read on the receipt) was impeccable and very professional. We congratulated her for the way she assisted us even though she was not her direct customers and for the advice she gave us also to remedy the inefficiencies caused by the carelessness of telephone sales .. which will be the last of my life.
It was MUCH more efficient than the 155 without a doubt!

Circa 3 settimane fa ho richiesto il cambio di contratto, con il nuovo xiaomi mi 10 pro.
Mi è stato detto di aspettare qualche giorno perché in quel momento non era disponibile in negozio.
Dicendomi che appena fosse arrivato sarei stato contattato per poi ritirarlo.
Ma dopo 2 settimane e numerevoli chiamate senza risposta,
ore di attesa al punto vendita,
non hanno ancora saputo dirmi niente.
Giustificandosi dicendo che non dipende da loro. Sono indignato da un servizio clienti del genere.
Hello, I am a longstanding customer of wind.
About 3 weeks ago I requested the contract change, with the new xiaomi mi 10 pro.
I was told to wait a few days as it was not available in the store at the time.
Telling me that as soon as it arrived I would be contacted and then collect it.
But after 2 weeks and countless missed calls,
hours of waiting at the point of sale,
they haven't been able to tell me anything yet.
Justifying himself by saying that it is not up to them. I am outraged by such customer service.
