Capisco che a fine giornata siamo tutti stanchi, ma onestamente credo che un po' di cortesia e disponibilità ad ascoltare i clienti siano proprio il minimo sindacale per un dipendente che lavora in un negozio.
 I found the rude agent, and hardly available to find a solution to my problem. I understand that at the end of the day we are all tired, but I honestly believe that a little courtesy and willingness to listen to customers is the minimum union for an employee who works in a shop.

Il personale è cordiale e cortese, ma la commessa che mi ha seguito, Miriam, è stata il meglio che si potesse chiedere, operativa, veloce, pratica ed empatica. Ha saputo capire di cosa avessi bisogno, e dopo un paio di domande per focalizzare mi ha dato esattamente ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Mi ha seguito lungo tutto l'iter. Decisamente soddisfatto. Se avete un problema di telefonia e siete da quelle parti, Miriam è la persona che fa per voi.
When I needed support, they suggested this shop, and I checked it out personally. The staff are friendly and courteous, but the saleswoman who followed me, Miriam, was the best you could ask for, operational, fast, practical and empathetic. He knew what I needed, and after a couple of questions to focus he gave me exactly what I needed. He followed me throughout the process. Definitely satisfied. If you have a telephony problem and you are around there, Miriam is the person for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una commessa che fa servizio solo per suoi parenti. Dalle 14::00 che sono in fila e ancora sto aspettando un cliente che è dentro già 2 ore. Dietro di me ci sono altre 10 persone. Che vergogna. Tim ha sempre a disposizione n 2 commessi. Wind e ottimo gestore ma problema che non hanno più personale a disposizione.

A saleswoman who only works for her relatives. From 14 :: 00 I am in line and I am still waiting for a customer who is already inside 2 hours. Behind me there are 10 other people. What a shame. Tim always has 2 shop assistants available. Wind and excellent manager but problem that they no longer have staff available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno ,ho avuto una pessima esperienza con il venditore WINDTRE Vignate Aquario, che mi ha raccontato un po' di bugie .. Sono rivolta a lui per attivare Super fibra (come sono già il cliente wind 3) Il venditore Andrea ha promesso con la offerta super fibra di attivare GIGA illimitati anche al mio compagno, peccato che quando ho chiamato al numero 159 mi hanno spiegato, che non si può fare perché il numero del mio compagno no è intestato a me (si vede che caro Andrea non lo sapeva), non parliamo già di modem, che mi hanno mandato al indirizzo sbagliato ,anche qui ho chiesto aiuto di Andrea per cambiare l' indirizzo ,sempre gentilissimo mi ha risposto che ci pensa lui.. Dopo una settimana ho chiamato ancora 159, dove risultava ancora il vecchio indirizzo senza le modifiche, quando ho scritto che faccio la revoca del contratto , la sua risposta è stata questa precisa( mI dispiace a me di venditore ti ho cercato fare di tutto)

After a week I called 159 again, where the old address without the changes, when I wrote that I am revoking the contract, his answer was this precise (I'm sorry to me as a seller I tried to do everything)
